Great place
We had a wonderful time. The house is beautifully situated with amazing views. Just a short drive from Newport and all the activities. The beds were comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen. Lots of Kuerig cups to start your morning off right! But that view! It’s a wow. Would definitely return if we come back to Newport area.

Perfect family getaway
Clean, convenient, and perfectly located beach getaway for our young family. Property owner was so friendly and the home was amazingly well kept and stocked for our short stay. We loved the views and the close walk to the beach as well as the close drive to Newport. The home itself was gorgeous! We would absolutely stay here again.

We saw whales!
The location was awesome and the property manager was so nice. We loved the beach and we even saw whales from the house. Even though the place was off the 101 it was really quiet. Only the ocean and birds can be heard. Parking was good. Access to town was no issue. It was a once in a lifetime spot. Our only complaint was it wasn’t the cleanest place. We found ants on our food left on the counter in the kitchen.

We loved our stay at Seatime 2! Great location, outstanding view and easy the access to a beautiful and quiet beach. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend and will be back!

The best
Our family had the absolute best time here. It was probably our most fun beach trip we’ve ever taken! So beautiful, the pictures don’t do the view justice. We can’t wait to be back! The hosts are also super nice as well! 10/10!!

Beautiful home with lovely view
We had a really nice stay. The house is very clean. Lots of little details to make guests feel at home. The hot tub was a nice perk! The weather was stormy our first night and the whole next day. We were able to just sit and relax while looking at the ocean. The best! I will caution anyone who rents to be sure to call Vacasa to get specific directions. It's REALLY difficult to find the house in the dark. Our GPS took us to the wrong place. We had 1 bar of cell service, so I was able to call Vacasa and have them help us find the house. I won't say any street names or anything for obvious privacy and safety reasons. But if you will get there at night, I recommend you call first. Thank you to the owners for allowing people to use your beautiful home! It was a wonderful birthday trip for my husband and daughter.

Whales!
This was a great location for a long weekend with family. We had a lovely time and even got to spend time watching whales from the house/deck. The walk to the beach is easy and the beach was so quiet, with very few people on the beach with us. We had a wonderful time!

Great Beach Access
Great large house with good beach access, secure dog space, and big beds. Fence is mostly short but my dog can't jump so wasn't a problem for me. Easy to rub noses with the owner's dog. I'd come back with friends.

Beautiful and relaxing
This rental was just as beautiful as the photos. We were extremely impressed with the spaciousness, cleanliness, furnishings and finishes of the home. The view from the living room is stunning. The kitchen is stocked with just about anything you could need and they provide tons of towels and other thoughtful touches. The beach is extremely close and was very private. We would be happy to stay here again. One thing worth noting is that our cell phones were unable to make calls from the property.

Fantastic Mom and Kid Retreat!
Our group was 5 long-time girlfriends from college plus our kids, ages 1-4. This recently re-modeled property checked all of the boxes for us: gorgeous ocean view, direct beach access, hot tub, and enough beds and rooms for everyone. None of us wanted to leave and the kids were very sad to say goodbye. This was a trip that had been delayed by two years due to COVID and we couldn't have asked for a better beachfront house! We also lucked out with the early spring weather and were blessed with some blue skies and breezes, perfect for hot tub lounging, beach combing and kite flying. With so many kids, we appreciated the many, many towels provided by the hosts and stocked laundry room. The couch was amazing for lounging and the beds were all very comfortable. The rooms were spacious, with lots of storage and thoughtful touches, including some fun wall decor for the younger set. We would have appreciated having a large drip coffee maker instead of/in addition to the provided Keurig (but appreciated that the Keurig cups were made available!), as well as a few things to make the space even more kid-friendly, e.g. step stools in the bathrooms so littles can reach the tall sinks, durable kids' dining ware, and perhaps a more sturdy baby gate for the stairs. These are minor quibbles, however, and overall we had a fantastic weekend getaway. We hope to go back next year!
