"It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. "

"We had a great stay in Newport. The unit was close to downtown, easy to walk to. The apartment was so neat, clean and updated. Nice touch to have coffee, sugar, 1/2 and 1/2. Just wish there was better parking. The streets were extremely crowded but all in all would 100% rent again. Thank you. "

"Between the beautifully landscaped yard and the proximity to the ocean, this is a fabulous place! We love walking to the ocean for our am and pm walks, The Shining Sea Bike trail is also very close and just a joy! Property owners were great to work with. Definitely will stay here next year. "What an amazing little place this was! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hidden gem. Right on the water, we enjoyed early morning coffee watching the fish jump and the birds float along the water. We slept up in the loft and the view out the window at sunrise was just breathtaking.
