"We enjoyed a nice long weekend stay and were able to bring our boat and our dog. Nice parking with plenty of room for our trailer, our car and a guests car when needed. The public boat launch is only 10 minutes away. The cottage is dated but has a nice updated bathroom downstairs. Only a queen bed in the small downstairs bedroom made it kinda tight. "The only bad thing here is that there are not 10 stars to rate this house! Excellent location, super clean, layout of the home is superb. Perfect for a family or two or a group of friends to stay here. Susan was very helpful with instructions for the spa/hot tub and information of local restaurants and places to see. "The house and location are great! The house has everything you need, and it won me over when I saw there were three different types of coffee makers in different areas of the house. "The house is big with lots of room. There were 4 couples and 5 kids in our group. We each had our own space to spread out. It was very nice to have 3 bathrooms. We had room to play family games, one night we grilled, and we truly appreciated being able to bring our fur baby. We were able to walk to South Beach and shopping. The house was clean and the owner was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend for a large group."
