"This property suited our needs very well. There was plenty of space for us and we used all facets of the rental, from the back deck, to the dock, to the fire pit, to the living room, to the kitchen! "We will ABSOLUTELY be back!!! Kerri is an excellent host who was so communicative from the moment we booked the property! Her home is clean and cozy (two musts for me!!) with little personalized touches that just add to the experience! The location was perfect and the house met our needs. Our only regret was that the nature of our visit to Rhode Island didn't allow for more time to enjoy the house and the area surrounding it; we'll be back when the weather is warmer! "

Ferry 10min away., Newport for a day. ? 30 minutes away. East Matunuck beach 3 minutes away! Parking lot full there? At least 6 other beaches within 10 minutes! Best restaraunt in RI (Matunuck Oyster Bar) 3 minutes away. Host (Alison) VERY responsive. An absolutely perfect place for a Rhode Island vacation!"
