Basic. It was REALLY hot, stuffy and humid inside this place; so be prepared to bring your own circulating fan if you come in the summer (trust me, their ceiling fans were weak).
We didnt think it was as clean as it should have been. When we turned on the ceiling fan, a huge amount of dust blew off and into our faces. It also looked like many of the dishes had not been cleaned in a long time (with spider webs and grease on them). The shower curtain was also a mess.
The description online is full of errors. There are no game boards/games anywhere. The nearby beach fee is $25 per adult (not nominal). Apparently only allowed one car (not two).
It's a very basic kitchenette, not "well-equipped." If you plan to use the kitchen, make sure to bring all your own stuff (salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee beans, slotted spoon, measuring cups, etc.).
Also, bring your own USB charger (you will need a USB wall adapter as there are no USB outlets).
It would be nice if the owner installed screens in the windows/door (especially to ventilate the area), knobs/handles on kitchen cabinets, a list of recommendations/map, or even a full body mirror would have all been appreciated.
