"I was surprised to find we were staying in Student accommodation. Our room was actually 3 separate lockable bedrooms with a shared lounge and kitchen. It was adequate. But sparten. There was wayer damage in the bathroom. And both bathrooms were tiny. There was no facility to store our bags, before check in. And i found the reception very unhelpful as to how to store them while we filled in time. After 36 hours travelling, it was quite stressful. When we did return to check in our room was...

"The communication was great. A minor check-in hiccup that was quickly resolved.A clean room in a clean, well-maintained home. Not in the heart of London, but only a 30-45 minute Uber from most everything. Across the street from a bus stop, and only a 15-minute walk from the Tube. Quite convenient for those who are willing to immerse themselves a little!Definitely priced appropriately."

"Shame on Expedia for not refunding the amount. We did not stay at the hotel. The place said they would send information, which they didn’t. We arrived with our two tired kids and called Expedia because the host did not answer calls, texts or What’s App messages. Then we got texts from another number that stated the room was not clean but we could stay there. A person came out and said her room was filthy. The host on What’s App said they would refund the money but would not pick up when Expedia...

"Very well-organized and they paid a lot of attention to detailing every aspect and documenting it on their website. The self check-in and check-out is smooth and went without any issues. All appliances worked perfectly. The hallway was a bit noisy, especially when other apartments close their doors, it shakes the whole apartment. The check-out is 10 AM which I consider early."

El piso bastante nuevo y bien cuidado, la limpieza bien aunque eso depende también de los huéspedes de las otras habitaciones. Recomendable para estancias largas por trabajo o similares. Conexión a internet muy debil."

"La estancia ha sido muy buena. El apartamento estaba en buenas condiciones, aunque eché de menos elementos básicos como algún sobre de café o té para no tener que comprar, o más papel higiénico. El barrio no es del todo bueno. En mi opinión, esto era lo peor. No obstante, volvería a cogerlo porque está bien comunicado con el centro y el apartamento es maravilloso. "

"I love CitizenM, I always stay here when I go to London and the location is absolutely perfect, you have the Underground nearby and to be close of museums, Tower Bridge and the Borough Market, it makes it the perfect place. Also, the hotel is super nice. The rooms are a bit tiny if you’re traveling with someone but the price is worth it."
