Solitude
Great stay, love this little retreat! There are groups of kids but we had no issues and had no one walk past the solitude cabin. Has electricity and a outhouse. This is a wooded area so expect bugs and everything else that goes with nature. Check in was literally you just grab a cart and walk to your cabin, there is no formal check in. Also solitude does not have phone reception, so prepare for that as well if you are someone who needs it. when you

Wonderful Peaceful Place
Amazing property that was well kept. The facilities were clean and very hospitable. Only downfall was some trails were overgrown. Perfect for the family!

Good overall
There is too much overgrowth of weeds in the property that it is difficult to completely access the fire pit. There is only access through one side because of all the overgrowth. Too many mosquitos and ticks outside more than what I expected.

Great Grandma’s Marathon Getaway
Property is well maintained. Very peaceful and quiet. This is a great location for anyone who is all about the outdoors and like to hike. Being so close to Lake Superior and Amnicon River is a plus too.

Cute little cabin
We really loved staying a couple nights in the cabin. Just enough amenities and it was super cozy. Highlights were the fire pit, big windows to watch the sunrise, and trails to the water. It's cold out but the outhouse has a heater that you can start from inside the cabin! We also stayed nice and toasty inside with the gas fireplace.

Simply the best.
Absolutely my favorite spot to get out of the city. Cutest little cabins with just the right amount of amenities. Incredibly accommodating and helpful hosts. HIGHLY recommend.

Glamming at its bet
This was a perfect spot for our small family. The cabin was everything we expected. The kitchenette was great. Half an hour from Duluth made it easy to go into town to explore. We also enjoyed the hiking. We’ll be back to enjoy the shoreline on Lake Superior next time.

Remote and solitude
The cabin was very nice but the temperature was in the high 80’s and the cabin was hot. Cooled down with open windows and ceiling fan. Nice hike to the Lake. The camp had a few church groups there with lots of children and young adults but they were far enough away to not bother us in the “Solitude” cabin.

Clean new quaint cabin in the woods
Very pretty small cabin with enough amenities for our liking. Very clean. Nice campus. Walking trails in the woods and down to Lake Superior. Nice lodge with lounge deck overlooking woods and river. Kind staff.

You get exact what you need to stay in cabins.
We all were happy to spend a few nights at the cabin. What would I improve? It would be good to get more water inside (bigger water jug?) because we was needed to wash dishes as well and not just for drinking. I fixed it to bring a 5 gal water cube from home and refilled it from time to time. Thank you a lot!
