"It was a friends and family gathering. Nice place and surroundings. Right on waterfront. Can’t complain how easy it was to access water. Kayak’s, paddle boards, the biggg floating mat all added to the fun. Great property. We had good time. An opportunity to reconcile property manager clean up instructions to what was posted inside the property. "We had a great time at Songbird View! The house was perfect with an amazing view. There was plenty of room for our family to space out and enjoy themselves. The kitchen had everything we possibly needed for our stay. We enjoyed lots of our meals on the deck. The kayak and paddle board were great for our children and the adults to enjoy. "13 of us stayed at this house for 4 nights. We all had plenty of space to spread out and come together. The lake access is fantastic. There are so many amenities, even an ice maker. "We’ve spent a decade on the Lake and we had another wonderful trip! THANK YOU to Mary who was a fantastic hostess from the very beginning – wildly responsive to messages, checked in on us every few days, provided recommendations in the area, and greeted us with flowers / coffee / chocolates at the house. "The Perch is an amazing rental comfortable beds, nice layout well stocked kitchen with even spices that u can use. Shampoo and soap included. Hairdryers in every bathroom! Nice towels, nice bedding. Spiders are a little bit of an issues in exterior area but I just swept most of them away. Perfect location with a Tiki Bar and Restaurant in walking distance. Amazing water views! The best VRBO we have ever rented!!!! Will book again when in the area."

"We really enjoyed this lake house, we had a really good time. Lots of amenities available on the property for entertainment. Some upkeep could be done to the place, new lightbulbs , and just general maintenance but other than that, great time! "The house was very nice, well kept, and clean. It provided a great place for my family & extended family to enjoy the long weekend. We had a great time. The wood outside is beginning to deteriorate. The railing by the grill is very loose. I would suggest removing the old broken water toys (jet ski in the water & driveway). While there was enough space at the dock to tie up my boat & Jet Ski, if the owner's boat was trailered when renters were there it would allow the renters to place their boat...
