Excellent house and amazing host!
The house was exactly as described. Excellent stay and the house was super friendly! Highly recommend for any group of friends looking to stay in the Hamptons! Pool was very nice and pickleball courts in excellent condition! Host was super friendly and helped with any questions. Bedrooms were nice and spacious! Nothing But good things to say about my stay

Amazing week and an amazing house!!
My family of five plus grandparents had an absolutely incredible week! The house itself is wonderful with a fully stocked kitchen, Roku TVs in all the bedrooms, comfortable beds and lots of towels, and then the real gem is the resort style backyard with a pool, hot tub, fire put, outdoor shower and pickleball court, and then also lots of shaded areas to relax. We spent almost all day outside enjoying it all!! Dan was an incredible host checking in on us throughout the week and quickly responding to any questions/issues we had. I highly recommend this house!!

80th Birthday Celebration
My family and I had a wonderful stay and Dan was so accommodating and so easy to work with. We had family ranging from 80 to 8 and everybody had the best time. The house is great and has everything that you need but the outside was like a 5 star private resort! Between the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, the basketball set up and the pickle ball court … we were entertained all day and all night. I highly recommend this property!

Hamptons Vacation
This property/home is beautiful! It’s spacious and clean with a well-equipped kitchen. Our family enjoyed the outdoor deck area with seating under a covered porch during the day and around a fire pit in the evening. After a day at the beach, we came back to the house for a swim in the pool, a game of ping-pong, or our favorite game of pickle ball! There’s plenty to do at this property and house to make your stay enjoyable! The owner is readily available for any questions or concerns!

Great house for family with kids
We had a wonderful week at this house! The layout was perfectly suited for our family which consists of 8 adults and 5 kids from the ages of 8 to 3. The backyard was a huge bonus for us! The pool was what we needed for the kids who don't last that long at the beach and want to be outside from the minute they wake up. We also loved the pickleball court and even got in a family tournament! The owner was very responsive and accommodating!!

Perfect home for large family getaway
We chose this property for a family getaway with 8 adults and 7 kids ranging in age from 1-14. The outdoor space was the selling feature for us. We took full advantage of the beautiful pool and hot tub. If the kids got bored of that (which they really didn’t) they had plenty of other options of entertainment to choose from (pickle ball, basketball, soccer and ping pong). The outdoor seating areas and kitchen worked so perfectly for our group. Dan was a responsive host and really thought of everything guests would need. The kitchen was stocked with all appliances and gadgets we needed for cooking home 4 out of our 5 nights. Linens were also provided which was a huge plus. The bedroom downstairs housed our older kids but definitely ran warm. Dan was kind enough to come over and install fans which helped with air flow but if you or your child runs warm, it wasn’t the most comfortable sleeping temperature. We really enjoyed our stay and the house made our family trip quite memorable.

I rented Dan's property for my family to stay in for my wedding in Bridgehampton. Dan was an excellent host and his house/yard was a great place to stay. Only small note is that the pool never felt as though it was heated.

Perfect for Families!
We were very happy with our family’s experience renting this lovely house over the summer! The house was very clean and suited our extended family of 9 and 2 dogs extremely well. We were welcomed by Dan the owner upon arrival and it was a nice touch that he was available to give us a guided tour and answer any questions before our stay began. He even left us ingredients for S’mores which we thoroughly enjoyed one night around the firepit. The fenced in backyard was absolutely perfect for the kids and dogs. Any down time the kids could be found enjoying the resort like pool and hot tub area surrounded by a brand new trex deck. It was great that this area also had a fence around the perimeter of the pool which avoided any chance of the dogs potentially jumping in. In addition to the pool area, the kids loved playing on the custom basketball court everyday as they love to hoop. The central location of the house was another big plus and it felt like everything we normally do when vacationing in the Hamptons was just a short drive away. Overall a great experience and will definitely consider a future return visit to Dan’s house!

Family Memories / Awesome pool!
Our family had an awesome stay! The absolute best part about this home was the amazing outdoor spaces. The front porch, pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, covered patio area, dining veranda and fire pit were a hit with our crew. The owner, Dan, thought of every detail and was extremely accommodating. He communicated with us promptly and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was immaculate and included sheets, bath towels, and beach towels. There was plenty to do for the kids - with lots of sport activities and a diving board. This was a truly relaxing family vacation where we made lots of memories!!!

Great Place/Backyard for an Active Family
Property was great. Clean, updated. Great kitchen and backyard. Kids loved the pool, basketball court, soccer net and all the space in the backyard while the adults enjoyed the deck space. Perfect place for hitting the beach during the day and barbecuing and jumping in the pool and hot tub afterwards. Our stay ended too soon.

Wonderful resort
We were a large family group with many young children. There was plenty of space for us and the backyard was great. All kinds of sports equipment was provided; the pool was lovely and kept the children very happy. The house was cool and comfortable; air conditioning worked flawlessly.

Great for a large group
We had a great time at Dan’s beautiful home! We had 7 adults and 5 kids, ranging in age from 3 to 12, and we had plenty of space to hang out inside and out! The backyard felt like a resort. We enjoyed the new deck and fire pit, the pool and the great lawn with soccer nets and a volleyball court. I would highly recommend!

It was OK
Starting with the good - the backyard is very spacious. Lots of room for the kids to run around and play. The porch is also lovely and a relaxing place to sit. The house is very conveniently located, only 10-15 minutes from just about everything. The owner was also generally nice. Moving on to the not so good. The property was passable, but not particularly clean when we arrived - used bars of soap were in the bathroom and dirty dishes were in the cabinets. There is a toilet that makes a very loud whistling noise, which would wake us up at night. Some of the beds were very uncomfortable, I had to buy a mattress pad just to get some sleep. Despite what the listing says, you will not have access to an 85 degree pool, as the owner does not give you access to the pool heater yourself. Finally, on day 3, he agreed to turn the heater on during the day, but the pool is too large to effectively be heated. The new trex decking is beautiful, but gets so hot in the sun, you’ll burn your feet. Wear sandals! The basement has a sort of damp smell and the bedroom in the basement is the only finished part, so you’ll have to walk through an unfinished basement to get to the bedroom. Definitely not the best bedroom for kids, so just be aware of that.

Southampton Big Family Getaway
The photos do not do justice, this home is Beautiful. The yard is huge, the salt water pool is delightful and inside the home is just perfectly updated and spacious. This home easily became the home of my family of 13 (ages ranging from; preschoolers, teens, young adults and adults) and our mini schnauzer. We thoroughly enjoyed grilling and eating our family dinners at the the huge outdoor dining table overlooking the pool. There is literally space for everyone to not be on top of each other. Mr. Sullivan (property manager) is pleasant, easily accessible if needed via phone and provided info on local destinations; beaches/shops/etc. This was our first Vrbo experience and we couldn’t be happier with the time spent in this home! It was the best big family getaway!

South hampton stay
My family of 7 ( immediate and extended) just stayed for 7 days and had a wonderful experience. The backyard is perfect for summer stays and even more perfect for children. It was by far the highlight of our stay. The pool is beautiful and the grounds were kept so nicely, with a perfect patio situation for a bigger group. I really cannot say enough good things about the backyard and pool. The house was great, the only thing to call out is the 5th bedroom in the basement is a small finished area in a unfinished basement. So not ideal for young kids, which was where we initially were putting our toddler. But small glitch in the overall setup and the children's room upstairs has two beds so it was easily fixable. Dan was such a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly responsive and came to the house a few times which was really nice. We had an issues with WiFi and Dan worked to fix it until the very end of our stay and was incredibly apologetic even though it was obvious he was at the mercy of the cable company. We would absolutely stay there again, and would recommend it to anyone, especially families with young kids.

South Hampton with family Summer 22
This property has a cozy cottage feel. It was ideal for our family (ages 1 to 78). The outdoor space is magnificent and well maintained. We all loved the pool! There is ample seating on various outside areas. We spent alot of time under the pergola because of the heat. The front porch is beautiful and welcoming. There is a fridge outside to keep water and drinks in. This was great to have. The kitchen and bathrooms are upgraded and beautiful. There is also an outside shower which was great for all especailly the kids. Dan was very responsive if we had any questions. We would definetly stay at this property again.

Amazing Summer Home in North- Southhampton
Had the best time here with my friends and family over the July Fourth week. Great yard for activities and a pool that one could dream over. With a renovated kitchen and bathrooms, group coordination was never better! One could tell that this home has been loved by the host family and we as guests loved it right back. Hope we can come back and stay again next summer!

Lovely outdoor property. House well suited for a multigenerational family. Upon arrival, though, there were no instructions for WiFi, trash disposal, operation of outdoor lights, or operation of TV remotes. However, Dan was very attentive to our needs. Would definitely rent again!

A wonderful family vacation
Dan's house is everything he says it is and more. The pool is wonderful, the deck (a third of which is covered so that you can enjoy the outdoors even if its raining) has lots of sitting areas and a large outdoor table. The rooms are well appointed and there's a private den/5th bedroom downstairs that was a great place to hide from the family. Location is perfect: A short drive to bay beaches and ocean beaches, Southampton and Sag Harbor. Will definitely visit again.

Amazing yard space
Dan’s property was amazing! We had a large group- 3 families, mixed from adults and kids down to toddlers and a baby. The house was fantastic… large, open floor plan. The dining room and kitchen was more than adequate to accommodate all of us, and the kitchen was one of the better stocked houses that we have rented. Dan was super attentive and able to resolve the very few issues that we had. That being said, the house itself was only part of it… the outside space was phenomenal! The driveway had a painted half court basketball court and tons of space for the kids to scooter. The backyard had a beautiful, fenced in pool, plus an enormous yard… there was a full size soccer goal, a sports wall, and just tons of space to play anything and everything. The outdoor “beer” fridge was a plus! While there were not the kickball bases that were in the listing, there was more than enough space and highlights to make this house amazing for both kids and adults! Would definitely recommend for a large, outdoor-loving group!
