"Parking was further than anticipated, the room key pad was confusing and locked us out immediately and we had to use the key on the table, luckily security was able to unlock our door for us so we could get ready and make it to our event on time. There was some damage to the bathroom cabinet towards the bottom when we arrived and stains on the bedroom carpet, clean other than that. Beautiful views, felt very secure, and in walking distance from everything we needed. "

"Loved the smooth contactless check-in! The King suite was clean and welcoming! The only thing missing were hangers which I noticed immediately as I was in town for a wedding! Otherwise the stay was great and the complimentary snacks and refreshments were appreciated! Would recommend to a friend! "

"This place was perfect for my husband and I, we are in our mid 60s and enjoyed the stay, sitting on the deck , watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee, or the sunset with a hot cocoa + something.....we used the second bedroom for our clothes, because the rooms are a little small, but we do that most of the time anyway....so no big deal for us....i just think it could be cleaner, it needs a long deep clean, like light switches, light hardware, inside the oven and id recommend to get some new...

"We stayed in this unit for a long weekend at the end of January. This unit has so much charm and detail. We considered it the perfect beach house! We love the older ocean front homes and this one did not disappoint! Plenty of room for our group of 6, wonderful beds and such a clean rental! A big kitchen to cook and eat in if you would like. We spent time on the large ocean front porch and enjoyed the grounds. The owners were very hospitable and accommodating. We will put this on our list...

"My husband and my mom came down to Carolina beach for my 51 birthday. This condo was the perfect place. It was clean, cozy, and best of all ocean front. I spent most of my stay on front balcony facing the ocean. I got to see dolphins swimming for the first time ever right from the comfort of the balcony. All I can say is AMAZING!! We will be back and stay again in the same place!! The view is PERFECT!!"

"Enjoyed my stay---just wanted to get away for a few days. Condo is on the second floor with a magnificent view of the ocean just off the private porch. It's at the north end of the island, so very peaceful although there is the north pier about 2 blocks away with a tiki bar, restaurant and ice cream shop. Everything else needs a car or at least a bike---more than a mile to the central pier. Twenty minutes to Wilmington and to Fort Fisher.Host was immediately responsive to parking pass issue...
