"Wonderful and accommodating. Tiny adjustment, as the coffee maker took 20 minutes to make a pot, and you have to giggle the decanter every 3 or 4 minutes to get it to continue brewing. Decor wonderful, beds were fantastic. Josh was a sweetheart. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Three friends and I spent an afternoon and evening before settling into a peaceful slumber. We watched the wildlife a bit and went downtown to a comedy show. Spent many hours laughing and brought the hilarity back to your lovely space with us. Glad we didn’t have any neighbors because the giggles and guffaws continued into the wee hours. "Great location just three miles from downtown, easy access to the freeway but situated on five acres ( i think) among tall pine trees. Game room in garage and amazing views from each bedroom. Owner always communicated with me and I would stay here again."

"We loved the convenience of the location. It was so easy to get anywhere. The restaurants were great too. Loved the Grand Canyon, but Walnut Canyon was spectacular. The house provided safe refuge for our whole family of 6. The only thing we didn't care for was no AC but the very cool Flagstaff nights provided ample coolness and we closed everything up during the day, so it was not an issue. Great property. Everything we needed for a great Family vacation. Great Host"

"This was a wonderful trip for my family of 5. I had three teenagers and a toddler with me and they were so excited about the house. We played pool every night and they all took turns on the Pac-Man game. The backyard was stunning! We would love to return in the future.. if we don’t go ahead and move up there by the end of the year. Flagstaff felt like home! "Absolutely over the moon with finding this gem of a VRBO and staying for three nights. Great design, well constructed and amazing views of Snowbowl. Sitting outside with the gas firepit after coming home from a stroll round the close enough, yet far enough away Flagstaff, sitting inside watching a movie, eating a meal at the generous servery/island bench etc etc, it all felt perfect there and again, great location and fantastic views.
