"Couldn't have been better! Nice docking space. They describe a decent birth which is as advertised. There's a second birth not advertised which is better than the first - a major good surprise. "Well kept and appointed home. Very comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to inquiries and lives close so is able to replace or fix anything quickly. (nothing was broken but a lobster pot had a hole in it and was replaced within 30 minutes!) Great location."
