The house is just what we needed- the view is incredible, with a private and quiet property. The kitchen and house was well stocked with supplies. "Very comfortable for 4 adult women. Kitchen was very well stocked making cooking easy. Lots of outdoor seating and very close to an outstanding beach. Location was perfect, close to grocery and very walkable. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and have already discussed possibly returning. Our host, Sherwin, was very helpful and a pleasure to meet and deal with. Highly recommended this vacation house."

"We stayed at the property for 2 nights. The pictures were accurate as was the description. The host was extremely quick at answering any questions which is always greatly appreciated. The property could use a deep clean but the floors, bathroom and linens were all great. We appreciated the lawn chairs and extras that were available for us to use. "

"Perfect in everyway. Great communication, host set up water delivery, we have special dietary needs and the kitchen was complete with anything you would need even a bread pan! We had a large family group and there was plenty of room and privacy, loved all eating together at the large table and the backyard was perfect for evenings. Very close to the beach that we often just walked. Can't wait to return."

"House was wonderful. Property manager was fantastic! It includes a wooden swing with probably the most beautiful view of the ocean we saw! Property had everything we needed and more. We even met the owner of the property who was so nice and hospitable!"

"Myself, my husband, and another couple that are our close friends rented Sandy and Salty for 4 nights. This was our first time in Spanish Wells. Joanne made it so easy for us by booking our taxi to and from the airport, picking us up at the ferry dock, and driving us to and from the cottage. "My wife and I spent a week at this apartment and it was perfect. Everything is exactly as listed online. It was our 3rd trip to Spanish Wells so we knew the area very well and understood what this place was. It was just my wife and I so we were just looking for somewhere really close to the beach that was clean because we spend very little time inside when we go. "We had another wonderful visit to spanish wells. Weve always wanted to stay at one of Jodys properties and were very pleased with everything. Id say the only downside was the beds were a bit hard(stiff spring mattresses) I know its hard to source things in the islands, maybe a thicker mattress pad would help? "This was our 6th time at Spanish Wells. First time at this property. This property was a great place for 2 people. Grand daughter loved it. Well stocked. Def be back. "

"In the pictures of property, they show 3 beaches 1rock and 2 sandy. There was only the 1 rocky beach. The others were not far, but still haft to travel to them! We a checked in and found an empty container drinking water! When I called management, the didn’t return my call. Then I texted her hours later , she texted me back on where I could go get water myself! I am a VRBO owner and I would never allow someone to check in without basic necessities!"

"Originally we thought the location was a lot farther than it actually was, it ended up being so close to everything and so easy to get every where. The property manager also owns a golf cart company so we had that waiting for us at the house when we got there. Everything about our stay "
