Wonderful Stay
We loved our time here! It’s in a very convenient location. The apartment was very clean and comfortable! The property owner was very nice and accommodating. We loved everything about our stay and would highly recommend staying here!

It was a great stay at this nice little apartment style place above the garage. Really clean and and newer style, all the amenities worked great. The location is great for walking around downtown or to the park. Highly recommended thanks!

Lovely Studio
This adorable little studio on top of the detached garage was perfect for an extended weekend with my husband. The property is absolutely gorgeous, love the creek in the back yard. Great location with easy access to our son who attends BHSU. The host was very responsive to my questions.

So much better than a hotel room!
Very clean and cute studio apartment above garage next to owner’s beautiful home. Easy access with keypad. Quickly responded to our question about the WiFi. Walkable to downtown area. Comfortable bed. We stayed here and spent a couple days hiking in the area and visiting Devils Tower. Definately recommend!

Comfortable and quiet
Great loft-quiet, comfortable and private. It was nice to be close enough to downtown to walk, but tucked away on a "no through" street that wasn't busy at all. Close to the creek, the city park, city recreation trail, and University. It was perfect for us.

Very nice studio
This cozy studio had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The bed was VERY comfortable and the wine and chocolates waiting for us was a nice touch. My only suggestion would be to clean up the dog droppings in the backyard so guests can enjoy Spearfish Creek up close. The two dogs were very good boys by the way.

I'd like to stay here again for sure!
I so enjoyed having this studio sized area, less to keep track of. It provided everything I needed: kitchen, good internet, a table for my computer, quiet location, a good furnace, good lighting, VERY clean. I can tell the owners are very particular about their property. Their house appears lovely too. In the summer I can imagine opening the windows and hearing the Spearfish Creek at the edge of the backyard. I guess Spearfish has an extensive bike path (over 7 miles. I didn't get much of my office work done as planned because I had such a great time in Spearfish, Spearfish Canyon, Deadwood/Lead, Rapid City & Mt Rushmore. The Black Hills has a lot of good people, good places and good faces (just like the slogan says!)

Exceeded Expectations
This one bedroom apartment was just what I needed. Clean, tidy and well kept. Although I was in the area for work, this a great location for numerous adventures in the area . I enjoy the rushing sound of water from the creek in the backyard. The host was extremely helpful when I needed to extend my stay. I would comeback again and bring my wife for a little getaway.
