The photos on the page include exteriors that do not correspond to your uses, such as on the porch there are two chairs to contemplate and enjoy the fire, those chairs are not there, you have nowhere to sit, there is also a photo of some chairs in front of the lake Those are there but they do not correspond to the Laurel cabin but to the owners' cabin, this created great confusion for me to the point of thinking that they had deceived us, otherwise everything was charming!

The owners were great. Kent made sure we knew the rules and pertinent information to keep our doggies safe in the area. The cabin was neat and comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Nice little spot
My son and I stayed here for a few days so we could be close to the park, hiking with our doodle, It is exactly how you would expect a quaint little cabin to be, it’s not perfectly sterile, there are spiders, and other crawling things that find their way in, it smells like my great-Grama’s house, but it’s in the woods lol so it’s normal and I don’t mind at all. It’s perfect for staying up late watching old unsolved mysteries episodes, and it’s just close enough to the dark woods to make you think squatchy might be out there by the pond… The trip to FCF is a pleasant drive just down the main road a little, and the other towns aren’t that far away either, it just depends if you want to go off the mountain or not. Otherwise, some of the locals have their own shops to get fresh produce, and other home made goods, and I look forward to visiting them in- season. This place is a great little getaway and I hope to return soon for another adventure with the rest of the family!

Beautiful Cabin
Beautiful little cabin tucked away in the woods. The cabin was small, but clean. Perfect for the 3 of us and our pup. Our daughter loved the sweet little kitten that hung out on the porch every day. We enjoyed the fact it was so close to Fall Creek Falls. Our little family had so much fun visiting the area! The waterfalls and views were amazing! Perfect for a mini vacation away from home. ❤️

Great Cabin Right Outside of Fall Creeks Fall State Park
Had a great time here with hubby and our fur baby. Our dog had a great time walking around the property. They are wildlife-certified, so there is lots to enjoy seeing. My only complaint is the longer trail on the property is a little overgrown, so we couldn't walk it. Otherwise, a perfect stay!

Private Nook in the Woods Near Fall Creek Falls
Our cabin, The Laurel, was very nice. Clean, comfortable, great climate control and wi-fi. Older folks with knee/leg issues might have a bit of a challenge with the steps up to the front door but they are only 5 steps high, just a bit steep. Certainly no reason to lower the 5 star rating. We come to this area a fair amount, as my wife is an ultra trail marathon runner, so we will keep this place in mind for the future. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Wonderful stay in a lovely cabin! Kent was very quick to respond to questions. Location was a quick 10 minute drive to the best hikes of fall creek falls. It was everything we needed for a quick getaway! Would definitely come back!

Great little cabin around the corner from Fall Creek Falls
This is the second time we have stayed here. And we will be back. The place has everything we need to get away from the city for a few days. We have two little dogs that spend all day wandering in the woods. Between the trails on the property and and Fall Creek Fall is one of our favorite places to do that.

Great location and clean
We stayed here for our children's fall break and enjoyed it so much. This place was prefect for what we wanted. We were close to Falls creek state park, a short drive to Rock island state park and the Cumberland caverns which we highly recommend all. The cabin was very clean and had the cabin feel which is what we wanted, for a great price. We were allowed to bring our little dog which was so nice and he loved the adventure. You can walk the grounds which had a small pond with a large wooded area. There were two other cabins on the grounds as well, so not completely alone. Nice fire pit to have our fires at night as well as a greet porch to sit and drink morning coffee on. This was truly a great little place to get away, to enjoy the outdoors while having a nice place to come back and relax at!

Amazing stay near the Falls
Amazing! The owners were so nice and quick to assure they were there if we needed any help! Check in was quick, painless and didn't even need anybody else there because you do it yourself! The cabin itself was this little, but not too little, cabin with has 2 others by it but not way too close. Plenty of room the breathe, the inside of the cabin was clean, smelt great, and stocked with basic essentials you'd need for your trip. Personally we brought a big tablet to watch our shows on and I'm glad we did because the TV didn't want to log into Hulu after our second day but. If we had contacted the owners I'm absolutely certain they would've helped us fix it in no time! We just didn't bother because we brought our own viewing device. Overall 10/10! And there's this cool little 'diary' on a table by the tv that people from all over the world have written in dated back to 2017! There's even some Polaroids of past guests which is such a fun idea and it's full of nothing but great news. Don't forget to write in it, we forgot oops!

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I to get away from all the hustle and bustle. It was close to the park and conveniently located to grocery stores and local shops. The cabin was clean, well taken care of, and had everything we needed. Overall, this was a great space for a long weekend away. We would definitely rent again!

Awesome cabin; exactly as described. Loved being surrounded by trees. Very quiet and peaceful. Only 5-6 miles to the best state park (Fall Creek Falls). The wifi worked great in the cabin if you must have your phone/computer. I will be staying here again when I go to TN!!! Thanks so much:):)

Hiking Trip
Based on the description, I expected the pond to be a little more visible from the front porch. While we were there, someone mowed but did not mow the yard at our cabin which was pretty grown up. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to the Fall Creek Falls which we loved.

Great getaway
We greatly enjoyed our time here. The location is far enough out to get a feel of seclusion. The certified natural habitat is nice too. The owners did a nice job of keeping the natural life and landscape mostly undisturbed. The fountain in the pond is a nice touch too. Inside the cabin is homey and relaxing with anything you could need for cooking or relaxing in front of the TV after a long day of hiking. 10/10 would stay again.
