Wonderful staff, but fix the shower head, please
"Only one complaint, the shower head functioned only in the massage setting. Turning it for a softer spray resulted in only a trickle of water. Checking in was easy, staff was very pleasant."

"We like the Copa. This is the third time we’ve stayed here. My only complaint is that the parking lot was not plowed. The parking lot was iced over and rutted."
