Family Christmas get together
We were looking for a property that was big enough for my wife and I and our two sons and their families to all stay together for our Christmas get together.Six adults and five kids total. Also looking for plenty of activities for the kids ,so the hot tub, air, hockey table, theater, gym, and arcade games were all a draw. Also took the kids to the ninja gym, which is located about five minutes away. Dining table was big enough to accommodate us all which was also nice.

Family Wedding visit from out of town
The property was well represented in the listing. All 5 bedrooms had room for two and very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked and easy to make meals (although our visit had most dinners elsewhere and focused on family wedding events). The home theater was enjoyable, however the fitness equipment did not seem very easy to use, so we were not able to get that going. It was not a big priority for us, so it did not impact our stay very much.

Loved it!!!
Fabulous. The pictures do not disappoint. Exactly as listed. So many extras and special touches. Lots of towels. Everything well stocked and then some. Chocolates on the table were a nice touch. Nice that you had coffee and creamer. That doesn’t happen normally. Large amount of dishes, wonderful. Nothing lacked in the home, especially the kitchen. Game room, theater, and gym are awesome and so much fun. Would have loved to been able to use hot tub the first night, unfortunately it wasn’t hot enough yet. That would be my only complaint but that’s it and doesn’t change my 5 star rating.

Wonderful property, fabulous host
Visited for a long weekend with family. The house was as advertised and much more. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen had absolutely everything we could need. The bathrooms had plenty of TP, tissue boxes in each room, lots of little touches to make it feel like home. Location is close to restaurants, retail and more. Safe, comfortable neighborhood. Love this place.

Decent experience overall
The home was clean and well stocked for a large group. There is also plenty of space. The location was also good and the neighborhood was safe. Communication with property manager and check-in was easy. The downsides: the home hasn't been updated for several decades. It has a "grandma's house" feel. When we rented it, the title was "New, Luxury Home" The home definitely doesn't match this and should be "Spacious and Clean Home." In addition, the property managers are very strict on who sets foot on the property. You are not allowed to have guests come over, unless they are registered and you cannot have more than 10 people on the property at a time. This Is a definite downside and confusing since it is such a large house. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

Lovely Home
We had a great stay, everything was clean and matched the descriptions as advertised. Hot tub was awesome and the game room/theater was fun. The place was very homey and comfortable. The checkin process was easy and the owner was communicative and helpful.

Quiet Spokane Stay
When reading the online description of this property, it is listed as a "Luxury Home." I'm not sure what they or VRBO constitute as "luxury" but this was not luxury in my experience. Don't get me wrong. It was fine. It is decorated circa 1980. It was clean and the amenities were adequate and comfortable. However, do not rent this expecting some sort of Beverly Hills experience.

Our family of six met up in Spokane to celebrate a couple of our birthdays. This home worked out well. There were plenty of bedrooms for all of us to spread out, and the hot tub was a hit during the cool evenings.

Great Family House
This house was very comfortable for six adults and two children. Great beds, plenty of bathrooms, large backyard, and the hot tub was a definite plus! We would definitely rent this property again.

Very close to everything!
Quiet neighborhood and close to just about anywhere you’d like to go. Found the sweetest coffee stand, Bliss, around the corner and there was a Starbucks close but a Dutch Bros right down the street. The house was good size and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. It’s a little dated but we were happy with the location and space!
