Excellent downtown location
This loft apartment is in downtown Spokane, and if you are looking for a place downtown, this is a great option. It is within walking distance of great restaurants, the river, and other downtown locations. That said, it’s also on a pretty gritty street. Everything about the apartment is as shown in the photos and descriptions. It is well set up, has great bathrooms, mattresses, heat, and a nice kitchen. It was also very quiet, considering the location. Communication, and check-in all went very well. The only downside, is that secure parking is several blocks away, which is not always super convenient. The parking was also fairly expensive. All in all, I would recommend this place highly..

Great property, super clean, accurate description. The bedding and beds were excellent. While the area outside our unit was sketchy, we felt safe parking our car at the Davenport and walking in the area.

The loft was great, clean, high end appliances and finishes all kept in immaculate condition. The area in which the property was in Spokane was very dirty much like the rest of the downtown area. There were also people injecting needles on the street just a hundred feet down the street. The property was secure but I wouldn’t recommend the area.

Property is in a great location in downtown Spokane. Walkable to just about anywhere. Being smack in the middle of downtown made it a little noisy at night, but the host offered sound machines to drown it out. Some homeless people in the area, but my family never felt unsafe. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Appartment
Beautiful, hi-end appartment with everything you need during your stay. We were there for a volleyball tournament and walked everywhere. I sure do wish Spokane would do something about the loitering and homeless but I felt completely safe and comfortable in the appartment. We had a great stay!

Owners are great.
This stay is not what we expected due to me being unfamiliar with downtown Spokane. We did not stay due to feeling unsafe and other things, but the owner was great and refunded us some of our money right away. I feel back not leaving total positives because it is not the owners fault, it is just the area. The loft was super cute and once inside it would be fine if others were following the rules.

It was great to be walking distance to everything downtown. The apartment was a great size and had everything we needed. It is in a part of town that had lots of unfortunate individuals but we travelled in a group and never had a problem.

Four renovated rentals in a secure downtown building. Digital entry eliminates key loss. Two bedrooms two bathrooms clean and quiet. Convenient to the Satellite Diner for late night food and drink.

Hip Loft Downtown
We really enjoyed our stay in one of the renovated loft rooms called Lilac3. Very comfortable and roomy beds, stylish fixtures in the bathrooms and kitchen and a location close to everything downtown. Everything was sparkling clean and the kitchen had a full complement of cooking tools. Very pleasant experience!!!

Fabulous apartment bad neighborhood
The place included everything we needed. We saw a review about the noise and decided to ignore that part. We stayed in the winter and had to park at hotel a few blocks away as recommended by landlord so we didn’t risk getting our car broken into (25/day with no in/out privileges) . The walk was a bit tough with almost exclusively homeless out at night. Luckily I was with my husband. The diner just below apt is great for breakfast but is open til 4 am and there are odd noises all night. There isn’t a peep hole for apt door or the down door so when food was delivered it was a bit dicey. Its really not fair to landlord as the place has all the amenities one would need and the television has a ton of options. The apt was nicely decorated and the showers were great. The decor was really really good. Just would not stay there again due to neighborhood only.

Mixed bag
Let’s start with the good. This condo is exactly as described. Located in the heart of Spokane it is walkable, comfortable and clean. Comfy beds, good wifi, historic brick, big kitchen - all the things to love about a downtown loft. Spokane has a lovely waterfront and a great downtown vibe. Now the bad. This loft is located in the heart of Spokane who, apparently is competing with Seattle and Portland for the most ridiculous downtown. Street racing and loud music the first and second nights kept us awake, fireworks in the street gave us a heart attack and popped us out of bed at 2 am the third night. We had earplugs but …. Seriously. The minor quibbles we had about the sparse kitchen tools - not a lot of pots and pans for in loft cooking - and the daily parking was expensive are small issues in comparison to the neighborhood noise level. Feeling like you are staying in a battlefield does not make the high price at all worth the convenience of staying in the downtown area. I wish I could say we loved this place but the neighborhood is a huge downer. If you plan to stay bring earplugs and an expectation that you might not sleep soundly and the neighborhood is sketchy. Partially recommended.

If you want to visit Spokane, stay here
It was great to be downtown and close to great places to eat and the Riverfront Park that our kids absolutely loved. The property itself is awesome and we will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Spokane. The only issue we had was with the code to enter the property when we first got there. It took about 15 minutes to get in touch with someone to get the correct code and then all things were great from there.

Perfect downtown loft
Everything was perfect with this space. The downtown location was spot on and parking in the paid lot next door was easy. Access was a breeze and the condo had everything needed. Look forward to staying here again!
