Great place in Spring City!
A wonderful apartment with everything you need! The gas burning fireplaces were great and heated up the place nicely. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect.

Found our new place to stay!
This place has everything you need for a great trip. This place was easy to find and get into. The two fireplaces were a hit for us Floridians. The host was great by answering all our questions. We look forward to coming back next month. Thanks again for a great place to stay.

Short but perfect.
My husband and I came to join up with our son and daughter-in-law and their 3 boys ages 10 months - 6 years old. The location was perfect… 2 + blocks from the Main Street and we were able to ride out with our off road vehicles from the driveway to the trails we were excited to explore. We came specifically for the fall foliage and it did not disappoint. The basement apartment is cozy and had everything we needed to enjoy our time together. We stayed Thursday through Sunday. I especially loved how every cupboard and drawer is labeled so I didn’t have to search and search for what I needed. We were so surprised to find a special gift for my husband and I with a note from the owner congratulating us on our 40th wedding anniversary… the reason for this trip. Above and beyond NICE and so very much appreciated!! Definitely a place we will come back to and remember with so many great memories.

The outside of the property was well maintained and clean, in a very quiet farming area. PROS - newer, rustic interior. plenty of kitchen supplies. patio door from master bedroom. wide open floor concept. clean sheets. games and toys for kids. comfortable beds. CONS- your hit with a WALL of cigarette smoke smell as soon as you walk in. (not even air freshener, car fresheners or candles from Walmart alleviated the smell!) no hooks on any of the doors for towels. no high chair as shown and advertised on site. carpets are dirty and need a serious cleaning. only one of the two fireplaces worked. the kitchen table is in need of some TLC. No hand towels in the bathrooms.

Cutest town
We loved spending time in this cute town. This rental is in a great location within walking distance of the town. It was well landscaped and clean on the outside with easy access. The inside was perfect set up for us with plenty of extra bedding if needed. It did have an older smell but that is normal for the age of the home. We enjoyed it there.

Great place in beautiful little town
Love the layout of this place. Nice great room with comfy couches. Wonderful kitchen. 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms. Absolutely love the flagstone patio with little patio set. Lovely yard, beautiful rural setting. Even have a pickle ball court. There is no air conditioning, but you don't need it with this being a basement apartment, it was the perfect temperature. There was a ceiling fan in the primary bedroom and a pedestal fan provided if needed. The only issues we had, was there was sometimes a slight smell of smoke and gas from the 2 gas fireplaces. You can crack open the windows to air it out if needed. The other small issue is the hall bathroom and the laundry room floors are rough on bare feet. That was easily avoidable with bathroom rugs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My grandson even asked if we could all move there. Looking forward to staying there again

Spring City Escapes was the perfect place to stay for our quick family trip. It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. My 3 teenagers even liked bunking together in the second bedroom.

Our spring city escape was very clean, spacious, and in a quiet neighborhood, also had easy access getting in the basement apartment. We had a big truck and long trailer, big enough for 2 side by sides and parking was so nice and easy along side the west of the house under a very big tree for shade!! One suggestion for the host, the towels were in poor shape, time to purchase new ones. Reference for others, there is no AC . We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future.

Excellent property, beautiful location, wonderful town
I recently had a 3 night stay at the Spring City retreat with my wife and son. The property was in a wonderful setting on the edge of the interesting and neat little town of Spring City - which has lots of history and beautiful old architecture (excellent location for evening walks around town). The house was very comfy, cozy, and well kept. I appreciate building quality and design/style in the rentals we choose...and this place was great (rustic and charming, just like I enjoy). I loved the way it was set up and thoroughly enjoyed the stay - and plan to stay again when we are in the area. The only issues we had were the shower heads that were partially clogged with hard water deposits, and the mild disturbance of the upstairs resident when they had their TV on very loud until fairly late into the evening (which was of significant volume in parts of this rental). The building manager assured us that they would change out the shower heads, so all will be good for our next stay!

Very nice space with everything you need. Unfortunately, someone has smoked in this smoke free VRBO. I am allergic to cigarette smoke. We loved this property until someone had to disrespect and disregard the property by smoking inside!
