We rented this house specifically because it had a pool, but from the moment we arrived, it was nothing but problems. The pool was completely nonfunctional-dirty, the jets were not functioning so the water was stagnet and cloudy. We contacted management and while they assured us help was on the way, all they eventually did was send someone to dump more water in it on day two. The company did offer to relocate us to another house-without a pool, which completely defeated the purpose our rental. We ended up renting a private pool which cost us nearly 1000 (that pool was perfect!)As if that weren't enough, the refrigerator didn't work either.The ice maker was leaking and the temperature was warm. A tech came out and turned off the water. A second tech came out and said it was beyond repair and had already been reported by previous guest. That issue was never resolved.The sink in the master bedroom sprayed water from under the counter, which the tech also said was a known problem.In the end the company offered us a 20% refund-nowhere near enough to make up for the inconvenience, added expenses, and the overall disappointment. this rental was a complete letdown, and the handling of the situation made it even worse. Would not recommend.
