"This condo was perfect for our four day getaway. The host Gloria was very attentive and helpful answering questions before we came, and making sure we were all set during our trip. "Third stay at the house for a desperately needed vacation after a tough year. The weather cooperated, in fact one day was like a summer day, except it was dark by 6. As always, it was great to relax in such a comfortable spot, right on the beach and close to restaurants etc. It was a great spot to see the Hunter moon rise. Will be back!"

The outside deck/porch is worth spending many lovely hours listening to the crashing ocean however this home is perfectly located only a few hundred feet from the ocean shore so it is a pleasure to get to the sand in only a few minutes. "This is a cozy cottage with beautiful sunset views right out the back door over an expansive estuary. And it's a short 3-4 minute walk to the Wells town beach.
