"The location is remote but I guess that is the porpoise of staying here near the park, actually walking distance from Perry’s entrance. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a very enjoyable stay. The communication with owner was great even though we had no issues at all. There were some options for dinning around town and in the next town. I will strongly recommend this property. "

"We booked at the last minute and needed room for a large group . The host was very easy to work with . We spent one night in an awful rental and needed to move due to the poor condition of the property . My family was very happy with the new location . "This was our 2nd time staying at this property, as we enjoyed it so much the first trip! We love that the cabin is quiet and private, while still being just a short drive to vineyards, lakes, restaurants and more. We did have to reset the router a few times as service would cut out, but that’s no biggie (and expected with the amount of wind when we visited). Such a wonderful place to relax, with all the comforts of home. We can’t wait to return for a 3rd time!"

"Everything was wonderful. The cabin was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The night temps got down into the 30’s but the cabin’s heater worked well and we were very comfortable. A beautiful location. "

"2 couples, stayed there in mid November. House inside and out is practically brand new. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels and linens. It was cold while we were there, but the outside deck is very large and spacious. Grill could use some help, and there are no TVs. Basement is a plus, but we didn't use it. Property manager lives right across the street and greeted us when we arrived to make sure everything was in order. When we come to the finger lakes, we will rent this house again."

K-kup coffee and snacks provided for us adults and doggie treats, water bowl and doggie toy provided for our pup, what a nice personal touch, thank you so much. "David and Holly's place was perfect for our weekend getaway to visit our son. They had thought of every convenience... a wonderful assortment of coffees, farm fresh eggs, and the most delicious homemade bread. They even had disposable slippers for going to and from the hot tub!! The house was centrally located for all our sightseeing and was very peaceful. My favorite part had to be the beautiful sunrises every morning. We will definitely book again."

"Everything was wonderful and as advertised. The home was decorated beautifully with seasonal décor. They provide all instructions and directions to make your trip excellent. "The property is very picturesque. The views of the lake and of the woods from the rooms was great. We had a woods view with a very large balcony which was nice. The rooms were well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Walking actions the property we saw the seating areas which at night were lit by the fire pits strong the property. Everything smelled nice and the staff were all helpful and friendly. We will definitely go back again. "
