"Tidal Paradise was exactly as advertised! The home was clean and just the right size. The pool was a nice addition and the backyard spacious. 5 minute walk to the beach. A nice quiet space to stay but only a 20 minute drive from all of the hustle and bussle of downtown St. Augustine. Owner was very quick to respond and rules for the house were clear."

"Arrived at the condo at 6:30 when check-in was 4:00,due to traffic and the condo was completely filthy. That maid has not been there. Called and told them we needed someone to come. He said it would take him an 1 hr45 minutes to get there so we had to sit in our car literally 2 1/2 hours.. They offered us $100 for inconvenience to go out to dinner which we had 30 minutes to plow down some food , after returning from dinner to our surprise we found out as we went to bed. There’s no mattress...

"We were delighted with our little apartment at Harbor Island. This was our first time visiting St. Augustine and it was a welcome retreat to return to after a day of exploring.The grounds added an extra, ahh, to the peacefulness of the property.Should we make a return trip to St. Augustine in the future, we would not hesitate to stay at Harbor Island again."

"Please tell the owner to have their internet checked out, this is our second stay here, and both times the connection was so slow it kept dropping. It was almost impossible to work remotely. The speed tested at less than 3mbps, and I'm sure they are paying for much faster service."
