Great Beach House
We had a perfect stay. The home’s decor was very nice and it was well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The management company was great as well. The location was perfect, just a block to the beach and a short drive to the historic district. Lots of great restaurants on the water. I highly recommend this home!

Weekend Getaway
Our family spent a few days enjoying St Augustine During the Holiday Season. The house had everything we needed and the communication with the host was excellent. The house was very clean and We enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again!

Perfect Selection
This property was perfect. We’ve stayed in a lot of different properties over the years and this is top of the line. The home is well situated and also well-stocked. The electronics were excellent. We recommend Aunt Kate’s for lunch or dinner - it’s only a few blocks away on the water. We would highly recommend this property a big cut above the rest. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

April 5-7 All Female Ride Riders
Everything about this booking and trip went off without a hitch. The house is as roomy as the photos show! Super clean, too. The deck outside easily fit all 10 of us, plus a few friends who live locally who stopped by to hang out for a bit. There was a bag of wood for the fire pit and kindling. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. The owner was very responsive. Great stay - we’ll be back!

Great location, great house, awesome hosts
Stayed through spring break with friends and family. The house is awesome. Enough space and beds for everyone. The patio is amazing, spend most evenings and nights there grilling, chatting. Kitchen is very well equipped, missed nothing. Perfect vacation. And yes, it’s only two minutes to the beach. We loved every second there. Easy 5/5 stars. Recommended all the way!

Excellent location & modern amenities
3 kids and 3 adults for a kids spring break was nearly perfect! The only that could’ve made it better was less wind and more sunlight but that’s not the houses fault! It was a short drive to the main shopping area for groceries and about 15 mins to historic St Augustine. The beach access was about a 3 min walk from the house.

The home was well furnished, had all the kitchen items you’d need, bedrooms and baths roomy. Clean and comfy. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year. I did address a few small issues with the owner about how the tv works, etc. They will plan to make sure to leave clear instructions for the future. Great place overall.

Overall fine. Having a high chair was very welcome. Might want to consider a spare roll of toilet paper in bathrooms for visitor convenience One maintenance item: In end master bath, no receptacles worked. Suggest new GFI outlets. Would consider property for return visit in future. Merry Christmas !

Great Time!
We enjoyed our stay in St Augustine (Vilano Beach) very much. The house was clean and well equipped with everything you would need. We had a couple of issues that were resolved promptly. The management is very responsive and assisted with everything. We would definitely recommend this property.

This was an amazing place to stay. I'm originally from the area and came back to visit. Perfect choice of where to stay! The owners went above and beyond and even has amenities that included typical forgotten items. Absolutely would stay here again and recommend to anyone! Great experience/perfect location
The owners are very nice and response to all matters quickly. The house is well furnished and stocked with all the essentials. The house is clean and well maintained. Located one block from the beach with public parking across the street from the beach and an area to unload your car so you don’t have to drag everything across the street. There’s a beautiful deck, an open concept in the main area and 4 very nice bedrooms with 2 private bathrooms and 1 shared. Close enough to Publix, restaurants and downtown St. Augustine for convenience but far enough to have plenty of privacy. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home
The house was as advertised and well supplied. There were 7 adults in our group and we had a comfortable weekend stay. Close to restaurants and the beach was across the street. A beautiful home and very clean. Plenty of room for meals and relaxing! Would definitely return.

College and beach trip
Moving daughter out of flagler college and family trip combined. Was close enough to both school and beach (have to cross a street) ! Lots of room and well supplied. I gave 3 stars for check in only because I had to ask for code a few times and I was anxious traveling down that we didn't have the code until 8pm the night prior. Other than that, a great trip beautiful vaca spot.
