NEEDED VACATION

Anniversary Vacation
The house is a cute little place, perfect for a couple, not sure it would be comfortable with more than that. We got to watch the bunnies playing, we saw a tortoise in the dunes, very old and large turtle. Tons of little lizards running around as well as the bird life. We even had a racer snake come up to see what we were doing. He ran off quickly though. Our only thing was that we wished we could have seen the actual beach and not just the dunes unless we walked down the walkway (which is right next to the house).

Beautiful Beachfront Cottage
This was one of the easiest check-in processes and communication with Linda was top-notch. Cottages are located on the beach, just a short stroll across the path to the beautiful views. Lots of restaurants nearby and downtown is a short drive. House was clean and well stocked. Wonderful stay!

Private cottage steps from the beach!
This location is amazing and despite having other rental homes share the property it was very private and peaceful. Loved walking out to the beach for sunrise and sitting on the shaded porch at sunset listening to the sounds of the ocean coming over the dunes. This cottage is ideal for couples with its comfy king size bed but also has a day bed in the living area with adequate space for a 3rd person and an extra half bath. The AC worked very well, the little kitchen is well equipped, and there were plenty of towels. Loved that beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards were provided too. Communication with the owner was the best I’ve experienced with a rental. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean very close to the water had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable bunnies in the yard every morning she has all of the chairs beach umbrella. Everything needed well pointed kitchen overall it was an absolutely great place to stay.

Perfect location/beach access!
The listing description couldn't be more accurate. Linda was a delight to deal through and provided all the necessary information needed for our stay. So nice to have direct beach access only steps away. Unfortunately, because of the dunes, there is not a view of the ocean (although you can hear it!), but we went in knowing that. Sunrises were beautiful! The cottage was in nice shape & updated. Almost everything within walking distance; we Ubered when needed (rides readily available). We would definitely consider staying there again! The historic downtown area is so quaint and definitely worth visiting!

Oceanfront getaway
We had a question about parking before arriving and owner responded promptly. A couple of small issues were brought to the owners attention and she responded promptly and said would be corrected. Thoughtful additions like beach chairs and patio chairs really made the stay! Could hear the ocean!! Would go again

Beach Retreat
Perfect little cottage for a couple, teenage son come along to surf and still plenty of space. Cozy and well equipped, little backyard nestled in front of the dunes was relaxing and a great place to hang out. Couldn’t be closer to the beach if you tired!! Love it!!

Great location. The place is older and not as the pictures portray. The cottage is small and really only appropriate for a couple. No ceiling fans, TV was hard to use. Bathrooms are small. Location is right on the beach.

Perfect couples beach cottage
Loved this little cottage. Easy beach access and very comfortable, very well maintained and contains everything you need for a relaxing vacation. location can't be beat, walkable to many restaurants and shops. Daybed and couch would work for family with children.

The best location!
Cute little beach cottage was perfect for my husband and I getting away for Christmas weekend. Location was phenomenal being just steps to the sand. Nice little veranda looking at the dune was nice place to sit out to get out of the wind. Kitchen was small but had everything you need. Was very nice to have the grill outside and a private seating area in front as well. Property is older but well maintained, clean, and the baths and kitchen were updated. Also close to plenty of restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Great communication for check in. Would recommend staying at Linda’s properties!

So close to the beach!
My partner and I loved our stay. Great communication, easy check in and check out. Everything is as described. Very cute and cozy and clean. Our favorite is the large bedroom window looking out onto the vast sky and dune. Though we usually prefer to have a view of the ocean (the main view is of the dunes, which is fine too - the cottage is SO CLOSE to the beach that even the laziest person would simply go to the ocean and see it lol). It is so close to the beach that we could work remotely and several times throughout the day take "coffee breaks" to catch a couple waves and be back at work just fine. We also enjoy that it is within walking distance (and short drives or bike rides) of so many restaurants and things to do. Some of the windows face the cottage next door, so we did not leave our blinds open all of the time like we like to, but there was still enough privacy anyway and there are other windows to keep open too anyway. We would absolutely come back and also would try some of the other Linda's Beach properties - they also look great!

Cute little cottage right on the beach
Found this place rather last minute and we’re SO pleased! Clean, as described, steps from the beach and walkable to a few points of interest and plenty places to eat. Easy to take the trolley or drive over to St Augustine proper, as well. We had a great time, hope to book again for our next trip to the area!
