Family Trip
We had a wonderful stay at this charming house in St. Augustine! It was cozy, well-equipped, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to town for easy access to shops and restaurants. The fully fenced backyard was a highlight, providing a great space for our dog to enjoy while we grilled and sipped wine. We even had the pleasure of meeting the neighbor's cat, which added a fun touch to our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect Place for a Quick Getaway
My boyfriend and I stayed with a couple of friends and it was great! Great location. About 5-10 minute walk to San Sebastián Winery, which was awesome. And about a 20 minute walk into downtown. We also took an Uber if it was too chilly or late to walk. Either were very convenient. The house was lovely. It has a warm but really cool, old feel to it. There is a grill and fire pit out back that we utilized. They have these really cool hanging macrame chairs on the porch that I have now told my boyfriend I need at our house for my work life balance stress relief. 😊 Overall this place is highly recommended. Christy was very nice and thorough with direction on things at the house.

Charming and Delightful
We were so pleased. We loved staying here. We were enchanted by the home, and found it charming, comfortable, and well situated. When we return to NJ we will be no longer be having much quality outdoor time, so we particularly enjoyed the back porch where we enjoyed much of our evenings.

This home was lovely. It had everything that is needed, including pots and pans, basic kitchen seasonings, soap, towels, etc. A very nicely updated home in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to everything in old St Augustine.

Beautiful property, excellent location and was quiet and safe for watching TV on back porch in back yard. Might suggest lowering bar for hanging clothes on first floor closet. A safe would be useful. Overall a great place to stay.

Great bungalow and location
Check-in was simple at the front door. It was great to have a driveway and not park on the street. Plenty of towels, comfotable bed and roomy bathroom in the master . It could use a spot for hanging clothes but still a great room. The back patio swing chairs were my favorite spot. An outdoor fan would have been perfect since the neighborhood has all the lush trees and shade, so not much of a breeeze. Quiet street and close to historic downtown area. The property manager was quick to respond to all my questions prior to check-in and during the stay. Check-out was made super simple too. We could focus on packing up ensuring we didnt forget anything. Love St. Augustine and the stay here made it even nicer.

We want to move in
We’ve done a lot of short term rentals and this house is by far one of our favorites. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a ton of unique little details. The backyard was a little oasis that our dogs loved. We all loved the upstairs reading area - our dog Ripley couldn’t get enough of watching out the window. The location was awesome with easy access to downtown and the beaches. Owner was super responsive. We were there for 4th of July and walked 3 minutes down the street to a full view of the fireworks. Can’t wait to go back. Would have loved a vacuum or hand vac and a heads up of garbage days so we could have better cleaned up after ourselves during the week.

Our new go-to rental for our favorite city!
This house is a gem! It was really just perfect for me and my husband to celebrate his birthday weekend! Before booking, I read the previous reviews, and after our stay, every one of them were spot one! We bring our two mini schnauzers everywhere we go, and this was their favorite place as well. The backyard was completely fenced, so we could let our babies run and play freely while we relaxed on the cute little back porch. They had the best time chasing lizards and butterflies! The backyard is beautiful with lush plants and trees, and with the lights on at night, it was just amazing. Each morning we had coffee on the back porch, and it was so relaxing. We have a newer model F350, and parking was a lot easier than expected. Awesome location just minutes from downtown. Perfect to be close to the action, but great to be away from all the craziness. The house itself was neat as a pin! Everything was layed out well and very easy to navigate. The claws foot tub was a bonus after a long day of walking. The king size bed was so comfortable, and the whole master suite was cozy as can be. The only things that I would change would be to disable the automatic light in the master bath (it comes on when you walk to the bathroom), and the master bedroom ceiling fan needs adjustment or a leveling kit (it made noise while on). We had so much fun during our visit, that we decided to stay one more night. Christie made that process quick and easy for us. She was very accommodating! This will absolutely be our new rental when we visit St. Augustine several times a year!

St. Augustine Charm!
The home is situated close to old St. Augustine. Easy access to beautiful beaches and shopping. The home has lovely features and design! The street is quiet and safe. We loved every nook and cranny of the house! Highly recommend for guests who are looking to use this as a home base for your daily St. Augustine adventures!

Really nice charming home.
