Biketoberfest 2024
The place was just right for us. I loved the large bathroom and the little outside area. Very clean and well maintained. We also had room to park our trailer out of the way. St Augustine is very pleasant town and we were able to walk to many places. We were close enough to Daytona to visit and come back daily

Made our trip very enjoyable.
We had a great time in this area the house was in the perfect location and we loved that we could bring our pets. We put in several miles of sight seeing this weekend. Only downside was some of the accommodations such as the bed and the sink were a little small for my preference, but I would stay again regardless.

Cute rental
The property was cute and clean and very close to downtown. The bedroom, bathroom and closet were very spacious which was great so we had pretty of space to put our stuff out of the way. Nice to have parking right there was also a plus. The only thing we missed when booking was that it was technically a duplex. We would have looked to have laundry too, but the listing did state that there was not laundry onsite.

Lovely Weekend Getaway
Meghan was an excellent hostess! Cleanliness and a pleasing ambiance are obviously important to her. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. I had a question about my dogs prior to our arrival and she responded quickly. The location can't be beat! Such a lovely, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to so much.

Perfect location cute apartment
We stayed here for 3 nights while attending a wedding in St Augustine. In was in a very cute neighborhood just a few houses from the beautiful Magnolia street and close to Fountain of youth facility. Megan’s place was very clean and stocked well. Easy check in and check out. We walked to and from historic area, fort and restaurants and bars. Would stay again.

Adorable house, great neighborhood!
My husband and I came to St Augustine for an early anniversary trip. This house is located in the cutest neighborhood and is so convenient to walk to the Fountain of Youth and also to the trolley station. We were very close to all sorts of restaurants and shopping and it’s a short drive over to the historical part of St Augustine. We absolutely love the area and would recommend visiting St Augustine to anyone! When we come back, I would definitely stay in this house again. I loved that there were peacocks walking around the neighborhood! The bed was comfy, and the shower was great! There are two big TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The refrigerator was the perfect space to keep snacks.

Fun city with Peacocks roaming.
Great location and spacious. Freshly painted. Very lovely accommodations. Easy check in. The smart TV s were very large with Firestick with lots of streaming. Only downside was a very moldy shower and no shower soap.

Spring Break Vacation
I have been to St. Augustine several times before, but my daughter hasn’t ever been. She loved it. It was so nice being in the heart of things. This is a wonderful location. The host was so pleasant. There were added extra touches to the home to make things a little more “homey”. Everything was just nice. We had a lovely time.

Peaceful and quiet
Very nice location in a quiet neighborhood close to old town. The fountain of youth is just around the corner and I feel younger already 😜. The unit was immaculate and well equipped. Very good value.

Loved the property- it was immaculately clean! There was enough space for me and my little dog - living area, kitchenette and a spacious bedroom and bathroom. Meghan supplies the coffee for the K- cups as well. The house is in a great location to everything and so comfy!!

Cute space in a great neighborhood!
This one bedroom was perfect for our 4 nights in St. Augustine. Nice location and we really could walk to many places that we wanted to go. The area was quiet and peaceful. The apartment was nice and clean and communication with the owner was a breeze. Nice and clear check out communication made check out easy and helpful for the next guests. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

Perfect location to get to everything and everywhere. Host was quick to respond to questions before booking and prior to our arrival. Peaceful, friendly and beautiful neighbourhood. Great Location, Great Accommodation
Our seven-day stay in the beautiful historic town of St. Augustine was made complete by this cozy, clean and convenient accommodation. Plenty to room for the two of us and the dogs. A lovely bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed and walk-in closet, double vanity bathroom with an oversized walkin shower as well as a comfortable pull-out couch in a quaint open concept living area with a highly functional kitchenette made our stay feel like home-away-from-home. Morning coffee on the porch was a great way to start the day before heading out for shopping and site seeing all within easy walking distance. Overall, a gem of a place in a quiet, residential location.
