My only slight criticism is that, in common with other buildings of this age, there is little sound insulation between the apartment and the accommodation above. "This property is truly a gem and so is the little town of Charleston. The Studio is immaculately maintained and comfortable - you can feel the owners’ love and effort put into maintaining it, which is so rare to come by these days. "This is a really spacious 2-bed apartment, impeccably presented in a great area which serves as a great hub to drive to pretty much anywhere in Cornwall in under an hour.
