Misrepresentation of beds
According to vrbo this house had 4 bedrooms but called out 5 beds. One king,2 queens,1 double,1 double futon Which would have easily slept 7 adultd 4 kids... however the one queen bed in the great room does not exist. Very upset that some of my adult group had to sleep on a couch recliner,the floor or a air matress. Was not comfortqble at all as most of the adults eith need knee /hip replacements so sleeping on the floor was not an exeptable option. No exceptable resolution was given besides " im sorry i will have to look at the listing weve never had a bed in the great room. We have an airmatress and sleeping bags"

Great owners and nice house
The owners were incredibly gracious and thoughtful. The house was clean and fit everyone in our large group. The owners also had some basic food necessitates available for us and communicated well when needed. The house had cameras outside and was about 1 hour away from Zion. St. George is a growing town that has almost everything you could need for a few days. Highly recommended!

Great location
This place was perfect for our recent triathlon. 1st off Brad was quick to respond with anything that we needed. We never needed anything but the open communication was great. The kitchen was well stocked with all you needed. The attached large garage was nice to put our bikes back together after travel. The house was spread out enough that we didn’t feel we were on top of each other, but also had great hanging out spaces. The location was close to access to major roads. To get anywhere we needed quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Convenient and well cared for
This home is in a very central and convenient location. It is very well cared for--clean and well supplied. You can tell they visit often and repair and restock. We felt very comfortable and they were very nice to communicate with and offer help if we ever needed it. We had a great stay!

Amazing place.
Amazing place to stay. Amazing hospitality. Ginger and Brad were great hosts, and really went above and beyond to take care of us. A perfect place for a St. George golf trip anytime! We will definitely stay there again. Thanks!

Hosts were amazing
Brad was amazing. Proactively reached out to see if we needed anything and how the stay was going. Good location to downtown. Stayed for the 70.3 World Champs and worked out awesome. No hesitation to stay here again or recommend to others. Well done, Brad and thanks for everything.

Beautiful home in a nice location.
The rental process went smoothly and our stay was very comfortable. The owners communicated the necessary information promptly. It is a lovely home. We would have enjoyed a rec room with pool, ping pong or foosball.

We had a fantastic trip and mainly because of how amazing this place was. Very clean, host was very friendly, the communications were exceptional and the location is close to everything we could possibly have needed to go. We’re definitely bookmarking this place for our next visit to Utah

The house that meets all ages needs and leaves everyone happy andsatisfied..
The property was clean and well supplied. We loved the game selection and used the first aid kit as well as the sewing kit. It was a great experience. The host was very helpful!

Comfortable with extras
We had a great stay here. They’ve added those “little extras” that make the experience extra great. The towels are the thickest, softest, finest that I’ve had in even upscale hotels. The hair dryers (although unused) were a nice touch, as was the iron/board. There were danishes in the fridge for us! The fourth “bedroom” is more of a study. Maybe the sofa becomes a bed? Looked like there were computers in there, but I didn’t mess with them, so they might be gaming stuff or something else. There was an air mattress in one of the closets I think. Everything was well labeled, taking the guess work out of our stay, very nice. We didn’t use the oven, but they had stuff for baking. My negatives are just being picky: Many/most of the snacks are very expired (but we didn’t even expect snacks). The closets and bathroom fixtures were a bit dusty. The hammock was wobbly, so we didn’t try it. And I wouldn’t advise this for people with orthopedic issues of the legs. I recently had knee surgery. Before surgery, I would have had issues with the super low toilets and very steep stairs (our last rental in this area also had very steep stairs. Maybe this is common in St. George/Washington). The house across the street is an eyesore and they constantly parked in front of this house with their multitude of (nice) cars. However the rest of the neighborhood is pretty and quiet. EXCELLENT location for seeing everything in and around St. George. VRBO would not allow me access to my inbox. This was a big issue for me, as I wasn’t able to communicate with the property manager/owner. That’s mostly on VRBO. The rest of the app worked great, just for days at a time I couldn’t get into the messages. I did text the number the manager provided me a couple of times, but I didn’t get a response. Maybe the manager made a typo when they gave me the contact number? When I did get communication before the rental and when I read old posts after the rental, the manager/owner was very nice and accommodating. I would rent this home again and I highly recommend it. It is cute and cozy and plenty of space for the three of us.
