Wonderful place to stay and have access to explore ZNP.We were bummed the hot tub was not open after our say on the park Thursday. We knew the pool was to be closed for maintenance, but were told the hot tub would be available.

The townhome was perfect size for a family vacation. Large kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. The community pool and hot tub were very nice and conveniently close. The ping pong table and optional scooters were fun. We enjoyed the stay.

Great basecamp for Zion with kids
We thoroughly enjoyed using this house for daytrips into the park (both the main Zion site and Kolob). Having the pool with 1ft zones and a lazy river made afternoons in the heat just the enjoyable outside time we were hoping for. A ping pong table was an extra surprise too. The house was and smelled very clean. Thanks!

Perfect
We loved everything about this condo. Our family of four included my husband, myself and our two kids (19 and 20). First and foremost, it was super clean upon arrival. Everything was just as it was described in the listing. We booked this condo specifically for its proximity to Zion. We had most of our meals at the house so having a grill was perfect. The neighborhood was super quiet and well kept. Owners were kind and quick to respond to any of our needs. Would 100% book again.

Lovely townhome, responsive host
The townhome was lovely and well equipped. It was convenient to our day trips to Zion and Bryce (and Ivins, UT) but within 2 hours of the LAS airport. The clubhouse and pool were nice but fairly overwhelmed with too many people in the evening (at least during our July week). We had one hiccup at check-in, but the host was immediately responsive and resolved the issue quickly and fully.

Great Location, Close to Zion
Overall, the property was great. The unit was very close to the clubhouse which was great. We'd spend the mornings/early afternoons hiking at Zion and then go to the pool area afterwards. Kids loved the pool area and adults loved the hot tub. Our unit was clean and well equipped for kids with plenty of board games, ping pong table, pool floaties and electric scooters. The only few things for us were that the beds were very soft (personal prefernce for a firmer mattress) and that the smoke detector was very sensitive, every time we made bacon, it would set off the sensor, so we would have to keep the front and back door open while cooking. Overall, we had a fantastic time!

Fantastic family townhouse with lots of space!
We had a great trip to Zion and this townhouse was a wonderful spot to relax after busy days at the Park. Easy access to grocery store. Pool was nice and hot tub was useful after a busy day hiking. Ages 15-55 and everyone was happy.

Good central location
Inside of property was clean and well equipped. We were nervous at first because there was a lot of garbage in the front planters on the walk up to the property- so we were nervous about what the inside would look like. The inside was nice and we had no issues with anything in the home. We enjoyed the check out process- simply take out trash and start dishwasher. This was so easy in comparison to several homes we’ve stayed in. We appreciated this as all vrbo places have a cleaning fee so if we are paying a fee our part should be minimal. The pool area could definitely use some maintenance- you can tell it is well used. My son used it and loved it. Rules are not enforced and other guests let their kids go wild and fill the hot tub (nightly) one night we counted 22 kids in the hot tub- when the sign says 6, and no one under 5 allowed. The pool is said to be “heated” but it was very very chilly. You couldn’t stay in it long, in the month of March, without having to get out to warm up. The rental comes with tons of pool toys, scooters, table tennis- we didn’t use any of it as we were busy exploring the area- but it all looked in good condition! We would stay there again.

The townhouse we stayed in was absolutely perfect. Zion National Park was only 20-30 minute drive. We spent 2 days at the park 2 days golfing and one day at Sand Hollow Park, kayaking jet skiing. Alissa are host was the best!!!

Perfect and amazing!
We had a wonderful stay with our grown children and their partners. The property was the perfect size, so clean, and tastefully decorated. The view was amazing! Board games, ping-pong table, kitchen supplies, comfortable beds, beautiful pool. Everything was perfect!

An Amazing Experience
Our family stayed over here for about a week, and it was a phenomenal experience. We were overjoyed to experience seeing the house for the first time in person. It was clean, well organized, spacious and a perfect getaway for this summer. The views surrounding the landscape of this neighborhood was beautiful, throughout the sunrise and sunset onto the horizon. The pool was great too, everyone there was friendly, and you could tell everyone was having a great time. This location is also a perfect distance from all the places to visit. Definitely coming back, theres still so much more this place has to offer. Totally recommend this trip to any of your friends or family!

Beautiful Townhome
This property is perfection. It’s adorably decorated and you instantly feel at home. We travel as a family a ton and this was one of the best appointed places we’ve ever stayed. The kitchen has everything you need to make family meals and the layout of the first floor is fantastic to gather and eat together. The upper bedrooms are lovely and there are plenty of extr pillows, blankets, etc…fun board games are stocked and my kids loved the bunk beds. My family really enjoyed ping pong and although we didn’t end up using the scooters they would be a fun option. The community pool was loads of fun after a long hot day but Sunday evening is the best time to go! As a busy mom I really appreciated how simple the check in and check out process was. Location is great-15 min from tubing the Virgin River and roughly 30 to Zion. It was nice staying in a quiet, low key place after the crowds at the park. We enjoyed a really good lunch at the Pigs Ear Bistro which is super close to the house. My family will definitely be back.

Beautiful home!
The property was located about 30 minutes from Zion. The scenic drive is worth the distance. The property is located in close proximity to the grocery stores and gas stations as well. I would very much recommend this place!

First time visiting Utah
We can't say enough positive things about our host, Alyssa, her beautifully decorated home, cleanliness, amenities and the location. We have stayed in VRBOs in the past, but none have ever been so accommodating (shampoos, soaps, spices, coffee filters, blankets, cleaning supplies, games - you name it)! We happily added to and re-supplied some items we used as a thank you. Every day after our hikes, we loved playing ping-pong together! Such a fun addition. Zion NP is beautiful and a short distance away. We hiked the Riverwalk, Narrows, Watchman Trail, Zion Overlook (through the tunnel) and Kolob Canyon. We rode bikes on the Par'us Trail. My husband and son golfed at Sky Mountain. Even checkout was a breeze. Thank you for our wonderful stay and being the best host ever!

Fantastic!
My entire family truly enjoyed this place and wish we could’ve booked one more night. The home was clean and accurate to the listing. There was only a few things that were missing; the bbq grill needs a deep clean, we needed 1 more twin fitted sheet (but we made due) and we went to the store to buy a dish sponge. These things did not impact our stay, they weren’t a big deal, we truly loved everything and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
