Beautiful and Comfortable Home in STL
My friend and I stayed at this beautifully decorated and clean home for a weekend visit to St. Louis to see a nearby college athletic competition. I was impressed by the thoughtfulness of the owner for including so many considerate options within the house. This included free TV/movie viewing options, board games, many kitchen necessities, and detailed directions/information in a “Welcome” binder. The owner is excellent with communication. The location is in a quiet neighborhood. I felt safe in the area, and street parking in front of the home was readily available. Although there is a main highway nearby, we didn't notice any noise, and it did not impact our sleep at all. There were plenty of towels available for our stay. Luggage racks were available to place suitcases in bedrooms. Cold water bottles were in the refrigerator upon arrival which was very thoughtful! The beds and pillows were comfortable for having a good night’s sleep. The home was well-decorated with comfortable furniture. I will definitely book this unit or other units listed by the owner again when I return to the St. Louis area. We appreciated our enjoyable stay at this lovely home in St. Louis!

Rented the house for a group of friends who were in town to watch a Cardinals game. House was perfect for us to hang out. Outstanding location. Beautifully decorated, well maintained, and clean. Excellent communication with the owners. Would highly recommend.

Super Cute House in Soulard
This spot was nicely furnished and comfortable and seemed to be fairly newly renovated. We were within walking distance of the Budweiser Brewery, Lemp Mansion and quite a few bars/restaurants. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Ashley was friendly and very responsive!

Pleasant stay in Historic Neighborhood
This property is a tremendous value. It's a huge space at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend the short walk over to the Lemp-Cherokee neighborhood, which is very pleasant. St. Louis attractions all within easy driving distance. The place is fully provisioned, although I'd echo another reviewer's comment that some luggage floor racks (or an additional small table or two) in the bedrooms would help-especially for us oldsters who don't stoop down as easily as we used to. That's a minor quibble, though, for a booking that met or exceeded all expectations.

Can't Wait to Go Back!
The hosts were amazing and very accommodating. My husband and son have an allergy to Tide and so the hosts went out and bought All free and clear before we came and washed everything with it, so that they wouldn't have any issues when we stayed. We will be happy to stay here again in the future!

Wouldn’t stay again
Decent older house. Very steep, older, narrow stairs that could be an issue for some people. Took a long time to get upstairs cool enough to be comfortable. Main issue was 1 bath towel for 4 guests. When host was emailed so they would know for next time we received a phone call saying we should have read the binder saying to look in dresser, look in washer and dryer that was behind curtains or found the hidden keys for supply closet. Because the towel holder couldn’t hold more than one (Really??) Don’t really think we should have to read a binder or hunt for towels that should have been in the vanity labeled towels. And more e-mails received after that absurd conversation. Could not believe that was even said.

Clean and Accommodating
We really enjoyed staying here. The rental was stocked with all things we needed for our 2 year old, which was super nice. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with necessities. My only critique would be the lack of black out curtains for the first bedroom and office - there are curtains, just didn’t make the room quite as dark as I prefer. We would definitely stay here again. Very central to entertainment and easy to navigate to.

Exactly what we expected
My husband and I along with our three kids stayed in St. Louis over night and this house was perfect! Communication with the property managers was easy and helpful. The house was very clean and beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
