Weekend in St Louis
we stayed for a weekend and the property was great. it was spacious and as shown in the photos easy to access and check out just what we needed for a large traveling family crew... would recommend again if we stay in St Louis

Seniors in age getaway
Enjoyed the stay. Verg nice house. Downside would be all bedrooms are upstairs and one in the basement. Lovely neighborhood. Shopping very close. I recommend it to others, unless you have trouble claiming 14 steps or more. Thanks for the stay. We all enjoyed it. Quiet.

Owner was very response. We had an ant problem and he came to the house with supplies to take care of them. The kitchen could have been more fully stocked. We did not have any grilling utensils. The house had plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to accommodate a larger family stay. Felt safe in the neighborhood and was easy to get to. If the kitchen would have had a few more items I would have given this a 5 star home!

Family memorial and reunion
We had a memorial time for parents who passed in 2023 and a family reunion following. Our family grew up in St. Louis but all have since moved to other states. Many children had never been to St. Louis so it was a wonderful time to visit many places and be together. Mehlville is an easy place to get to many St. Louis attractions & house perfect for our family.

Very nice house!!!!
My big family and I stayed with William for a long weekend while we visited our uncle. William is very nice and extremely responsive. The house is very clean and spacious. It is an ideal place for a larger group. The location is also very convenience. Close to the freeway and shopping centers. The neighborhood is also very safe. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit St. Louis. Thank you for hosting us!

Perfect family house
We were in for mom’s 90th birthday. We had 8 adults and 2 children under 5. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. 3 full bathrooms and a half were perfect for a large family. Pictures of the place was spot on. Common areas were wonderful for visiting. Children had lots of space inside and a nice backyard. Plus table and chairs on back patio to enjoy. The house is in a nice neighborhood with sidewalks. Location is great. William communicated great and checked to make sure everything was good. Don

Nice Get Away
This is a beautiful spacious home in a great neighborhood with plenty of good restaurants nearby. Very comfortable living and sleeping quarters, and a kitchen with everything you need. Bathrooms are very nice with plenty of soaps and towels. This house is so roomy everyone has plenty of personal space. We would visit again. Home away from home!

Ideal Place to Gather
Seven cousins from three different states gathered for a weekend. It had been five years since the last time. We wanted to be near Kimmswick and this location was perfect. As most of us are now senior citizens we really appreciated all the bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was a nice size. With access to the garage there was ample parking. But our favorite part was getting together in the living area, relaxing and catching up.

Nice location for a family visit to St. Louis.
Overall, property is as listed. Location was good for a family visit to St. Louis, in a quiet subdivision. Communication with William was great. The Wi-Fi did not work, but William was quick to respond on how to reset it. My only issue was the comforter in the basement bedroom was not clean. We were able to use one from one of the bedrooms upstairs, so it did not spoil our visit, and again, William was quick to respond.

Very nice modern home!
Everything was as listed. It didn’t say where the bathrooms were. There is a full bath ensuite in the master upstairs. There are three other bedrooms upstairs with a full hall bathroom. There is one powder room (1/2 bath) on the main level. And one full hall bathroom in the basement, where there is another bedroom. Every bedroom has a huge wall in closet! My kids put their infants in a pack-n-play in the closets to sleep. We had a great time. It was perfect for four couples and four kids under 3 years.

Exceptional accommodations! House was very clean and comfortable. Check in was simple and owner communication was timely. The location was perfect for our needs and everyone enjoyed the stay. Plenty of shopping and restaurants available nearby. Quiet neighborhood.
