We were a group of 12 (6 kiddos) and the location housed us well. Booked because of proximity to sites we wanted to see and it was perfect! So close to everything! Host was quick to respond to questions and issues we encountered. If you’re looking for older unit with character, this fits that bill. Kitchens are stocked well, but we felt seating areas were not very comfortable.

July 4'th Getaway

It accommodated the 15 of us pretty well. The back bedroom on the main floor did get rather warm, though. A fan was purchased and that helped. There were plenty of dishes and cookware and utensils. The small highchair worked really well. The neighborhood felt safe to walk in, and I took early morning and evening walks. We liked the front porch. The kids could play safely in the fenced in yard. And many activities were close by!

Perfect for multiple families.

We had three families meeting up in St. Louis to reconnect and this double unit was perfect for our needs. With two living rooms, we could set the kids up with entertainment in one while the adults were able to visit in the other. The location was also great, with easy short drives to everything we wanted to do while we were in town. We were especially impressed with our host, who checked in periodically with messages to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

My family recently had the pleasure of staying here and it was nothing short of exceptional. This vacation property delivered the perfect mix of comfort, privacy and convenience to St. Louis. The backyard was a hit with all the children. We wanted for nothing the kitchen was fully equipped, mornings were spent sipping coffee on the back porch listening to the birds. The neighborhood is very walkable. Sara was an excellent hostess she checked in with us to make sure everything was acceptable. The house was perfect for the 16 of us. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Fantastic Family Home

Wonderful, family friendly

We love this property. We visit St. Louis regularly to visit friends and go to all the wonderful family activities in the area. We love that the botanic gardens are walking distance. The property has games and toys for kids and a play set in the back. Just a great place to stay.

Multi-Family Trip

This house worked well for two families enjoying a weekend in St. Louis. We each had our separate spaces, but could join together easily! Sara was very accommodating with some of our requests and very responsive when we had small issues that needed to be addressed.

Perfect Family Home

This home was absolutely perfect for our large family gathering. Everything was very well thought out for having kids in the space. Excellent amenities, great location, and just an all around inviting space. We will definitely be staying here again in the future if available. 10/10 do recommend

St. Louis Family Christmas 2024

My family enjoyed our stay….the house was fully stocked with towels and kitchen needs…the only negative was the back bedrooms were a little cold and drafty…but over all the home was nice and the Christmas decorations where a plus….

Christmas in Dt. Louis

Our family met for an early Christmas. This home was beyond perfect considering we had 4 couples and 5 boys 3 yo and younger. It was decorated for Christmas and had the best playground, 2 kitchens, 3 washers, comfy beds, sound machines, high chairs etc. we would enjoy returning in the warm weather since the home is so close to many attractions.

Perfect Place

Great Stay in St Louis!

We brought our adult children and grandchildren to St Louis for a mini vacation. This house was a prefect location for all of the activities that we wanted to participate in. The property was very clean and well organized. The layout worked perfectly for our families. We had a seamless check in and check out. The playset was a great hit with the kiddos and was part of the reason we chose this property. We would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a central location in the St Louis area.

Great place, great location

Only about 10 minutes to all the key sites in St. Louis, and just down the street from the botanical garden and a cute little donut shop. Perfect for families and large groups. Super clean, nicely furnished, well stocked, and comfortable!

Fun stay in St. Louis

We really enjoyed out stay at this property in St. Louis. If you have younger kids, the playground and backyard area was THE BEST! Our littles enjoyed playing out there and since it was fenced in we felt very safe. The house was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed including extras like strollers we used during our visit. We were a little confused when we first arrived because we didn't feel like it was made clear to us that we were renting two separate townhouses that opened up into one big house. It took about 15 minutes of wandering around and some confusion and messages to the owner to see that we had to enter each property to open up access to the upstairs. Otherwise, we really appreciated all the little touches left for us. The house was close to everything and well maintained

Wonderful Home for a St. Louis Vacation

This home is convenient, comfortable, cute and functional and would fit any family or group's needs well. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting St. Louis! I brought together my family from Michigan, California and Tennessee for a long weekend vacation in St. Louis and this home was perfect for us! We had 7 adults and 5 kids in the house, so I rented both floors and the rooms with trundle beds were perfect for the kids! The house had chalk walls, games, books and art supplies that helped keep us all busy in our down time. The location was also perfect! It sits in a quiet, historic and what felt like a very safe neighborhood that is within walking distance of the Botanical Gardens and within a 15 minute drive to all the other attractions we took in. (Arch, Cardinals game, City Museum, Zoo and Anheuser Brewery) This is a great home for visiting St. Louis!

Perfect Stay for Families

This was one of our favorite VRBOs we have stayed in with kids! The backyard play set and play house kept the kids busy and happy. The baby supplies meant we didn't have to pack as much in our car which always makes for an easier trip. Everything was well stocked and a fun vibe that set the tone for a great weekend.

Fabulous for Family Fun

We spent a weekend with our adult kids and grandchildren. The house was spacious and well stocked. It was a kids paradise, with lots of toys and a swingset and kids pizza parlor in the backyard. Private parking fit all three cars. Super comfortable home in a great location. We loved it!

Family Holiday Book Exchange

This house fit our family great. We were able to give the infant and parents privacy while hosting conversation, games, and gift exchanges in the other rooms. The location was great for the botanical gardens and local parks. Amazing - we highly recommend.

Comfortable and perfect location

We loved this house in this historic district in STL- and so close the the Hill! We had nine in our group so we were able to spread out with the kids playing upstairs while the adults cooked dinner and visited diwnstairs. It's close to so many sites which was convenient and the little girls lived the donut shop a couple blocks away. The sound machines in each room were also a nice touch. Crisp white bedding and fluffy white towels and the house was immaculate... Perfect!

Great for families

I gave this property a 5 star rating because it was perfect for our family reunion. We had 3 children under three years of age and 9 adults. The home was well appointed for kids - multiple booster seats and strollers, trundle beds and pack n play, play structure out back including slides and kids kitchen. The property is within easy walking distance of the Missouri Botanical Garden and Tower Grove Park. The host was exceptionally responsive. We found the property to be as described... not a luxury property, but quite comfortable and clean. Parking was not a problem.

Owner thought of everything.

We had adult children and spouses meeting us in St Louis for a few days reunion before traveling to my youngest daughter's wedding. The property has two almost identical layouts and furnishings. It was perfect for four couples and there were two trundle beds for the grand child and unmarried daughter. The two living rooms, kitchens and dining rooms gave each floor a chance to take turns hosting meals and games. The parking was tight with five cars. Two had parking spaces in the back of the house but 3 had to vie for street parking but we always found parking on the block pretty close and it wasn't as stressful as you would think. We lived our stay and the house!! Everything possible was there for us! It was very close to the botanical garden...if I ever went back this would be my top choice accomodations. The linens and beds were wonderful!!!

Perfect Home Away from Home

Location is great. Less than 10 minutes from pretty much everything. Having two living areas was perfect. Being able to leave with all clean clothes is a huge plus. If you have a little one, they have certainly taken the measures for a safe environment.
