"After being let down last minute on a previous booking we found this hidden gem last minute. The cottage was very well equiped with everything you need, had super comfy beds and a cosy log burner to warm us up after a days walking. And of course the hot tub...bliss!! "Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

"The holiday apartment is beautifully located - but a little out of the way. You definitely need a car. The cottage is tastefully and fully equipped. Everything you need is there and it was very clean. Wendy welcomed us with homemade scones and flowers we picked ourselves. "A beautiful 400 year old cottage set in beautiful woodland surroundings. Everything you would think you’d need was supplied, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi in every room. Clean and comfortable throughout, shops close by. Would recommend this cottage and the host Steph did everything she possibly could to make our stay the best.
