OMG what a beautiful and clean apartment.The hosts were absolutely wonderful. So responsive to questions we had. The Lift broke and the hosts followed up to see when the lift would be fixed and then notified me.I can not recommend this apartment enough.We are coming back next year and if available I will be staying here again.All restaurants and convenience stores all in walking distance from property

Lovely modern apartment

The apartment is very good & has every facility you could want. From the balcony you have a sea view & shops & amenities are within a short walk. The host Mariella is friendly & helpful & met me on arrival to show me around. However the apartment is in a noisy area, with noisy building starting at 7am weekday mornings. This will stop at some point. Also I was unlucky with having noisy neighbours. The apartments are very close together so every sound can be heard, loud voices, loud music, children screaming etc. Not making for a restful holiday. These may have been loud guests who have no departed.

Wonderful apartment in Qawra Malta

This property is wonderful, the pictures show its amazing & it really is! Mariella & Laurence have provided everything that you would want in a self catering property with a lovely view to boot! They also provide a washing machine! Theres a bus stop 200metres from the front of the property and buses go all over the island,very handy! There is a supermarket 10 metres away that stocks everything too. Hosts were very accommodating, nothing was to much trouble, even letting us stay longer than the mentioned check out time, fantastic!

Super Wohnung - alles wie beschrieben

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Mariella und Lawrence – eine glatte 10/10! Die Unterkunft war makellos, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot alles, was wir für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt brauchten. Die moderne Küche war voll ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Geräten, es gab ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Smart-TV, schnelles WLAN und ein super bequemes Bett für erholsame Nächte. Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber und mit frischen Handtüchern sowie Pflegeprodukten versehen. Mariella und Lawrence waren äußerst herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Exceeded Expectations

We travel frequently and stay at a variety of places throughout the year. Our experience here far exceeded our expectations. The apartment was beautifully decorated and absolutely immaculate. I have "white glove" expectations and this home was the cleanest I've experienced in all my years of travel. Mariella was a communicative, helpful, and gracious host throughout our stay. She checked in with us and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable throughout or time there. The location was fantastic with beautiful views and is in a safe, quiet area. There was easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and transportation. When I return to Malta, I will definitely rent this apartment again. I give it my highest recommendation!

Fantastic Apartment

Go no further, if this apartment is free book it! It is very well equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable holiday. The location is perfect just five minutes walk from the promenade with some great bars and restaurants. You can take the promenade right round to St Paul’s if your into your walking.There is a great bus service that we used as we didn’t want to hire a car and we had no problems, on hour to Valletta, 45 minutes to Mdina and 40 to the ferry for a crossing to Gozo.Our hosts Mariella and Lawrence were fantastic very quick to reply to questions that we had and always available. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Malta für zwei

Wir waren für eine Woche zu Gast in der FeWo von Mariella. Die Gastgeberin war so freundlich uns in der Nacht um 01:15 Uhr vom Flughafen abzuholen. Diesen Service fanden wir wirklich toll. This is the best stay ever

We had the opportunity to be in Malta for three weeks. We can not say enough at how great this apartment is. This is not the best part the owners are amazing. They were so helpful in contacting us with the best guide for Malta and Sicily. The area of the Apartment in my view is perfect location in Malta. It is in the center. Since all the main things to see are on one end or the other it works out logistically very well. At the entrance to your stay there is all the dinning one could want from small restaurants to high-end dinning ,all with in a few minute walk. Great smaller grocery stores or a 6 Euro ride on bolt to a bigger store. Lawrence and Mirelle even call the guide in Sicily to find out if our visit was good, Fabio took us to so many things on Sicily, we had no idea the history there as well. We will be telling any body that has the joy of going to Malta this is the best place to stay ever. Forever grateful to have found this gem in Malta

Fabulous modern apartment

Mariella and Laurence are fabulous hosts. You could not expect the apartment to be better furnished or equipped. We wanted for nothing on our two week stay. Very clean communal area and working lifts. Both of the hosts were available at the end of the phone should they be required but they weren't!

Beautiful apartment with amazing view and friendly host

We had a fantastic time in Malta and a big part of that was this incredible apartment. We had our Workation there - meaning we worked during the week and enjoyed Malta during the weekend. Waking up to chrystal blue water and sunshine from the balkony every day and working from there was stunning. The apartment looks well designed and is spacious. You have every type of kitchen and cleaning equipment you might ask for. Mariella is a very nice and welcoming host. She gave us alot of insider tips for walking trails, restaurants and places to go to and helped us immediately, whenever we asked for it. We can definitely recommend this apartment!

The apartment is very nice and very comfortable.

The process for renting was very easy. The listing information was very accurate and Lawrence & Mariella are super nice and gracious hosts. It was very nice to have them pick us up at the airport and take us back for our departure. If you want to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the big city but yet be a short bus ride away, we would highly recommend staying here when you visit Malta.

Tolle Wohnung, beste Vermieter

Uns hat die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit der Wohnung sehr gefallen. Die Vermieter überraschten uns mit leckerem Gebäck und gutem Wein. Lawrence stand uns bei allen Fragen hilfreich zur Seite . Der Abholservice klappte super. Somit braucht man mit den Koffern nicht mit den überfüllten Bussen fahren. Gute Restaurants sind direkt in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt in der Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht.

Just excellent

The property is excellent for many reasons. A gorgeous apartment exactly as the pictures are with all the comforts of home, a great location with many restaurants and bars within walking distance and the owners were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The local bus is a great way of getting around the island and stops just outside the property and the service is regular so you don't have to wait too long if you miss one. There are three shops on your doorstep for all your needs and Iceland sells more than just frozen food. The Island is just beautiful and there are some picturesque bays and buildings to be seen. Our 10 day holiday was not long enough to enable us to see everything so we will be planning to visit again and will definitely be booking this apartment. Thank you Laurence and Mariella for making our first visit to Malta an easy one

Great Stay!

Great place to stay, bay view of Qawra, close to public transport and convenience of off street park

Exceptional customer service from Lawrence and Mariella. From booking accommodation, pickup is up from the airport, even checked on mum until we arrived in Malta and booked a day trip to Sicily for her. Mariella even picked us up at 5am to drop us off at the airport. 5 star service
