We were extremely happy with this condo. Probably the cleanest and most comfortable VRBO we’ve ever rented. Hanging out on the beach and balcony was wonderful. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Madeira Beach vacation
First to stay in this condo after the 2 hurricanes. Wonderful views and relaxing on the balcony. The high Adirondack chairs were a big plus! Unit was comfortable and outfitted to meet cooking needs. Unfortunately the AC did not work as indicated but ocean breezes helped with fans and open windows. Both toilets had issues and need to be repaired. Overall we enjoyed our stay and were glad that Seabreeze was available after some initial repairs.

Perfect beachfront location
This property had so many features that made it ideal for us: the beach and pool are steps away, the grounds are clean and well kept, the condo is well stocked with everything we could need, it’s less than a mile to restaurants and shops at John’s Pass. We would book this location again for sure!

Beautiful Beach
Great location near John's Pass, within a 10 minute walk. Great beach area with plenty of space, not crowded at all. Enjoyed time sitting of the balcony with coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening watching the sunset. Condo was clean and well equipped.

Fantastic Oceanfront Condo
My daughter and I have stayed in this condo two years in a row. We love it. Very comfortable. Very clean. Beautiful view and accessibility to the ocean and the beach. Great swimming pool. We felt right at home.

Absolutely matched the description and the pictures. Beautiful condo with a beautiful view. Comfortably slept my family of 6 with enough space for each to enjoy some privacy. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. The icing in cake has to be the owner, Sue, who was responsive and accommodating to everything for us. Perfect location and amenities
Sea Breeze #304 was great. Perfect for two couples. The location was great and the communication with the property manager and listing owner were top notch. Can't beat steps to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and services. Parking was easy and the condo was stocked well! We had issues with the wifi but that may have been operator error, and we weren't really there to be online! Everyone in the complex was very friendly and the services there were great, too. We will definitely be back!!

The location and the view of the condo are wonderful. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The communication with the manager was excellent. The only negative is the hallway bathroom is dated and not comfortable.. No place to keep things except under the cabinet of the sink way down to the floor. Not enough space to hang towels. Other than that it is excellent.

We were so thankful to spend the last leg of our Florida Vacation at the beach. The proximity to the beach was superb and had lovely views of the Gulf and sunset. The only negative was that there was little to no hot water in the condo. Showers were a little rough. Other than that, it was great!
