Great Stay!

Great family vacation location
This is a great location. The condo we stayed in was spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 children. Access to the beach, walking distance to several restaurants and shops, and pool access were perfect for our group. We walked on the beach every morning. The sunrise and sunset is incredible. This is on the quieter end of Clearwater Beach and I was happy we were in the not busier area. I highly recommend this condo and facility in general. We really enjoyed our stay and were very relaxed!

Great place
Apartment was very nice, bright, clean, balcony with beach view. Unit has memory foam mattresses and pillows which personally I do not like but many people do. That was my main complaint and why it lost a star.

Perfect
We usually stay at the Hilton on Clearwater Beach (Hilton points people) and tried this on a whim. Everything was perfect at the Avalon. Location is an easy 5 minute walk to the round about by the pier BUT not necessary as there are good options for dining and live music av block away. The property itself is very new and well taken care of.....can't miss if ocean view is what you are looking for and clos enough/far enough away from the activity. We will go again!

Perfect vacation day in April!
Our stay was awesome! Manager was super nice and helpful. Explained everything thoroughly. All the workers were nice and courteous. The rooms were clean and if you needed anything they got it for you. Location near the ocean was nice. Plus far enough away from the action at the pier 60 that there wasn’t a lot of people. But Easy walk to pier 60 and shops. Would stay again. Lots of shell finds.

Spring break birthday at the beach
Property was very nice and clean, staff were friendly. Not family friendly as far as parking with only one spot per room and all other parking is stupid expensive. Would be advisable to have more beach carts to tote chairs and umbrellas down to the beach with.

Everything was wonderful except the nose from the gym, upstairs above us and the neighbors next door. Hard time sleeping and napping. Could even hear people talking

Perfect Stay
The property is very nice and the space was fantastic. Location is right on the beach and at the end of the busy Clearwater Beach section. Walking distance to everything. Staff is wonderful they truly want you to have a great vacation. We will be back for sure. Only downside pool is very small. They have an outside vendor for food and beverage. On a very hot sunny day you are not even allowed to bring water to stay hydrated. Not a good customer service approach. Remember we have spent thousands of dollars to stay here and we have our own full kitchen with drinks. Also, two days they were closed for the day. Other than that this place is perfect. Thank you for the daily beach chairs and umbrellas.

1st family vacation
We usually travel out of the country but with a little one now we chose here for our first family trip. Absolutely no regrets about the avalon, this suite, and the location. Staff was nice, room clean. View was perfect! We seen dolphins from our balcony, sunsets were spectacular. 2nd bedroom without window was perfect for our little one to sleep and us enjoy the room still. Avalon is at the far north end and we loved it. Very quiet, massive beach with minimal people compared to near the pier. Rooftop pool was perfect for a relaxing day away from sand. Would recommend and stay here again

This property was absolutely perfect for what our family needed. We have 2 adults and 3 children, 8, 4, and 1 years old. The condo/room was huge, very clean, and had all of the conveniences we needed to feel at home. They have K-cups in the room (they provide the coffee, dish soap, garbage bags, laundry pods). We had 2 bedrooms, and they are spaced out in case you have any light sleepers. Our unit also had 2 bathrooms, which was nice with kids (no tub FYI). It was nice to get all of our laundry washed up before heading back home, and I was able to cook dinner one night for my picky eaters. The hotel is small, and has it's own parking spaces inside the building. You only have to walk across a parking lot to get to the beach. It's a gorgeous view from our unit. The hotel has a small pool that is heated! It was chilly during our stay, so this was huge for our kids to enjoy. There is a bar on the rooftop by the pool, which is lovely. The furniture was comfortable, and the décor of the hotel is all very modern and clean. Another bonus is the quiet (in January) road this hotel is on. You can easily walk down to the tourist district with souvenir shops, restaurants, and a gorgeous view. The aquarium is right around the corner too. We drove to Publix, which is very closeby too. We will absolutely stay here again whether we have our children with us or not. They do have Pack-N-Play cribs with clean linens. Very baby friendly location and right by the beach!

This was a wonderful experience. The communication was timely! The staff was very pleasant throughout the entire experience, from booking, questions PTA, extending our stay and while we were there! The property is very clean! Great location- walking distance to the shops, but also quiet! We will definitely be back!

Great location on the beach
My kids and I had a great time at the Avalon during Christmas break. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping, play volleyball on the beach, and relax by the pool.

Perfect location. Very clean. Loved the rooftop pool and bar. Would have liked two showers; the master bath was huge and the second bathroom lacked a shower….that would have been an easy fix when designing. Staff was great though! Would stay here again

Gorgeous property and great location within walking distance of many things!
We had a wonderful time! The whole place was super clean and everyone who works there was so pleasant. The only hiccup we had was that our unit was not listed as an “obstructed view” of the gulf when I booked it. They quickly understood my disappointment as I felt a little deceived by the listing and they offered me options to help. The sunset on the 5th floor bar was incredible! Wish it was warmer so we could’ve used the pool. We would definitely stay here again!!
