Wonderful Property - We Enjoyed Our Stay
I gave this property a 5 star rating because: (1) it is super clean, (2) it is well stocked with everything you'll need including toiletries and paper goods, (3) it is in a great neighborhood and is well maintained, (4) the landscaping is beautiful and the pictures and description in the listing are spot on accurate, (5) it is a very quiet and private setting with a beautiful pool and hot tub. (6) The beds are comfortable. Some of the things we were not so fond of include: (1) the envelope on the kitchen counter suggesting we leave a tip for the cleaning crew (after paying 5K for the week including a hefty cleaning fee, we were not inclined to do so), (2) the number of house rules, there are lots of them. Many threaten fines or penalties. (3) the cameras watching you in the pool and on the back patio were creepy, 4) the place is surrounded by majestic live oaks, you'll spend time skimming their leaves out of the pool (this is noted in the listing so it did not come as a surprise), (5) you will need to pay to heat the pool as we did in the off-season if you intend to use it, but it never really got beyond 82 degrees (this was disappointing but we were warned in advance)The positives far outweigh any negatives with respect to this property, just do a thorough review of the listing and rules prior to renting, everything you need to know is there.

Nice VRBO for our family vacation
We enjoyed our stay. The tropical retreat in Palm Harbor was the perfect size for two families or four. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The backyard was fun and spacious.

Family Vacation
We loved this house for our winter break! We always do a big variety of things in the Tampa area and this location worked well. We went to the Clearwater aquarium, Ft. DeSoto, Busch Gardens and the Crystal River to see the Manatees and take Air Boat rides. It was so nice to have this home to enjoy in the evenings after our adventures. The backyard is amazing and heated pool and hot tub were great! There was plenty of space and everything was very clean. This home has everything you might need. Nice quiet and safe neighborhood. This home is set up perfectly for a family stay and professionally managed by the owners. Check in/check out were very easy. We highly recommend!

Annual Chic Trip
We visited between Hurricanes Helene and Milton, so we had a little afternoon rain. But we enjoyed the pool in the mornings and the house is very nice and nicely appointed. As a matter of fact we returned for another visit because we enjoyed it so much the first time. Thanks Michael

Great Stay!
This property was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed! The house and grounds were very clean and we all enjoyed the outside areas. The only thing that needs attention is the edge of the composite deck is raised from the pool deck and not marked in any way. My Father in law tripped on it and took a nasty fall.

Quiet place to relax
The home is in a quiet neighborhood and the backyard is beautiful. The house is spacious, clean and has been updated. Checkin and Out was easy without any issues. Most attractions in Tampa seemed like a 45 minute drive so if you are sightseeing you may have some windshield time when going. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful getaway vacation home!!
We absolutely loved our stay at this Tropical Retreat! It was the perfect getaway from upstate NY. With all the comfortable amenities we didn’t feel pressured to get up and hit the beach every day. Some of our favorite things were the multiple options for outdoor seating/eating (comfy cushions for all the chairs!) and the picturesque lighting on the pool cabana. The hot tub and majestic trees shading the backyard were bonuses. Thank you to everyone who made our vacation magical!

Wonderful Experience!
We wanted a property that would be close to Dunedin as we were attending the Blue Jays Spring Training. The property appealed to use as there was a pool, hot tub, and fire pit, plus two bathrooms with the adequate number of bedrooms. The property exceeded our expectations and not one amenity was missing. The pool was heated to our liking. The hot tub was perfect. The grounds immaculate and absolutely beautiful. The trees above the fire pit were heaven. Michael was absolutely fantastic! Attentive, responsive and always willing to make our stay exceptional. We would highly recommend this property. Fantastic relaxing family vacation
Just got back from a relaxing vacation in Palm Harbor. My husband and two teens travelled with my 87 year old mother in law, and sister in law. The house was exactly as described and yard was larger than I had expected. We paid for pool heating to 80 degrees and it was perfect (Pool toys, goggles were available) . Kitchen is stocked with basic spices, laundry and dishwasher detergent and previous guests left some bug spray and sunscreen. Bathrooms are well stocked with shampoo, conditioner and soap. Publix and Sprouts(organic and vegetarian options) are within 5 minutes away. We also spent a few days at Clearwater beach, and Honeymoon island and house was equipped with beach toys , towels and cooler bag and chairs. We had a few questions for Michael and he quickly responded by text. Thanks for a relaxing vacation!

Peace & Quiet
My fiancee, Melissa, and myself booked this home in Palm Harbor for 10 nights after quite a search process. We were in the area to be married on Clearwater Beach during our visit to to the area. Communication with the property owner was simple and we received very quick responses during the inquiry and booking process. This home was certainly the cleanest home the we have ever rented through VRBO. The location is in a cul de sac in a very quiet neighborhood. The home itself is amazingly quiet. Any time that we did spend at the home was so relaxing and enjoyable....we loved it. The pool and and hot tub were enjoyed on a daily basis and felt wonderful....morning and night. Furniture and beds were great as well. There really isn't anything that would could find an issue with or complain about. We were all very satisfied. Our vacation, from start to finish, was flawless. Having an enjoyable place to stay for those 10 days certainly added to pleasures experienced on our vacation.

Great outdoor space
Our favorite thing about this rental was the back yard which is an oasis. Its way bigger than it looks in the photos and all of the furniture, hot tub and firepit were great. The pool looks great but it was too cold during our stay to use it. Inside was super clean and they had everything you would possibly need. Also, the mattresses were very nice. Would definitely recommend.
