Family visit
Adorable home in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay. Very nice updated house Kitchen counters and bathroom baseboards were a bit dirty...But a nice wonderful home.

visiting friends in clearwater
I thought the place was great and perfect for my needs. I was visiting friends in clearwater so didn't spend much time at the property, but the location to great restaurants and my friends was perfect. I didn't use the kitchen but everything was clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay there again.

Hot in clearwater
Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay here. The property has two units on it. There is no mention of this in the listing. There are also people coming and going frequently. You have access to a single very small parking spot. Its a rough looking area. The house itself was very dusty/dirty there are rips in the couch cushions. The doors have large gaps, lets lots of air in. The listing mentions the AC cannot be adjusted below 72. What this means is that it can't keep up. It was over 80 degrees in the house all 3 nights when i went to bed. I understand its Florida in August but it was frustrating and uncomfortable. There was also no water pressure in the shower, every other faucet was fine but just a trickle there. I would not stay here again.

Phillies Pre-Season Getaway Weekend
Great location! Close to the stadium, beaches, and entertainment. We were even able to walk to church for Palm Sunday mass. This property was nicely updated with comfortable furniture. The owner was very quick to respond whenever I reached out to him. I would recommend this property for your next weekend getaway!

House was nice.
The house could use a deep clean. Beds weren’t bad. Two women stayed and felt totally safe. There aren’t any beach chairs or beach equipment. It does need more kitchen towels. Overall, a bit expensive but nice. I would rent again if it had a deep clean.

Great Spot! Just what we needed!
This house is perfect for anyone looking to escape the cold weather up north. My friends and I stayed here during spring break. The house had everything us four needed and at a fair and reasonable price. Highly recommended!!

FANTASTIC HOME/LOCATION!
We stayed in this house for 2 weeks while a family member was receiving treatment in Clearwater/Tampa. This was such a perfectly cozy home! We loved having a front porch to sit on and a quaint neighborhood to take walks in. It is close to everything you could possibly need - to include a fabulous beach of course! It is a quick and easy trip from the Tampa airport to this home. The owner was always quick to respond when I had questions and he made us feel at home in his newly renovated bungalow. You will love this place - we sure did!

Pretty Nice!
Overall, this was a very nice and clean property. There was a roach in the bathroom and would have been nice to leave a few tide pods for the guest to wash. Other than that, very quiet neighborhood and was a perfect distance from the beach. I would recommend for a small group of 2-3 people. Thanks

Cozy and Convenient for exploration
This house is true to its description. The pictures don't lie, it's very lovely and new inside. Nice things: outdoor hose for sand rinse off, washer dryer, full kitchen, lovely shower, comfortable beds, ceiling fans, relaxing spaces, cozy furniture. Quiet neighborhood, convenient to all the basics you need (Publix, CLEARWATER BAGEL, urgent care). We went during spring break, Clearwater Beach was so busy we only went once. Thankfully, this location is a great centrally located jumping off point for exploring many other places. We really enjoyed weedon Island (Stand-up paddle board paradise), st Pete Beach and pass a grille beach, honeymoon island beach and the causeway (great sunsets!!). Dunedin is a cute little beach town <15 minutes away, on the way to honeymoon Island. We preferred there to Clearwater Beach given the spring break crowds. Best restaurant: clear sky draft haus!! JC was an excellent host. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back

Dream Rental
I have been staying in Clearwater for 7 years for up to 3 months. In the past I rented from 4 different host which were all good but this rental was the best by far. This rental property was very clean with updated appliances. The neighborhood was very quiet. The host were very willing to do anything to make me feel comfortable. They are very kind and considerate. Its no wonder why they are so successful in renting there property its because they really do care. Hard to find these days. I look forward to renting this property in the future.
