Best condo vacation
The condominium is large and well furnished with comfortable and nice looking furniture. The kitchen has everything one could need to cook. The view of the bayou is beautiful. We spent a lot of time on the deck watching dolphins and mullets jumping. The sunsets from the deck are beautiful too. The area is great for walking. We also spent a fair amount of time at the pool which is very clean and has many lounges, tables, etc. Another plus is the short distance to downtown St Petersburg and wonderful restaurants and nightlife. My sister and I stayed 6 weeks. We had friends visit during that time. They all thought the condo was so nice and comfortable. I can’t think of one negative. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. Staying right on the water is a bonus with this condo. I highly recommend this place for a great vacation!

Beautiful view of inlet of Tampa Bay
Owner very friendly and helpful when questions arose. Condo was clean as as advertised. A quiet neighborhood and easy access to St. Petersburg downtown. The application process was burdensome but seemed that part of it was for any place in Florida rental.

Great waterside views
Overall this is a really nice condo, with great water views over the bayou. Brian was extremely helpful with all aspects of our stay. The condo has been well maintained and updated and has pretty much everything you might need for a great vacation.

Amazing!!
I came here for a month stay and ended up adding another 2 weeks to that. I would have stayed longer if I could have. The hosts are incredible people! Very responsive and incredible nice. Even the neighbors are nice. The view is breathtaking and relaxing. Exactly what I needed it.

The Big Bayou is the BEST!
Our stay was fantastic! The Waterside Yacht Club is a relaxing, friendly condo community of all ages. We stayed for the month of April 2023 and never slept better. Bedrooms are comfortable and roomy. Brian is a responsive host and the condo was very clean,with plenty of comfortable furniture choices. The living room has a large smart TV and is tastefully decorated with modern art & furnishings. We enjoyed our early morning coffee on the porch deck, and the gorgeous evening sunsets were SO amazing! It was enjoyable to see the pelicans, sandpipers, cranes, sting rays, manatees and especially all the playful dolphins in the Bayou and in Tampa Bay. A few of our favorite local restaurants are The Big Catch & Mullets, both are locally owned & very close by our favorite was their catch of the day, shrimp and fresh grilled wings. Pass-a-Grille is a beautiful beach just a few quick miles across the peninsula. Across the beach is Hurricanes (great view from the rooftop) and our personal favorite,The Brass Monkey, they fly in fresh crab everyday and the owner is from Maryland--of course! Downtown has a lot to offer; various types of nightlife, music, museums & the amazing St. Pete Pier is a must do! We will miss the warm breezes & swaying palm trees over the Big Bayou! Uber, Lyft and Freebie Beach Ride is so easy to use. We used it alot to explore the area and especially while over on St Pete Beach, no worries about parking or driving back home on those fun nights out!

Great stay on the Big Bayou
Brian's condo was the perfect location for our stay in St. Petersburg. The view of the Big Bayou and the city skyline of St. Petersburg were wonderful any time of the day or night. The dolphin watching was spectacular and we saw them nearly every day. It was also a great location to paddle board. We especially enjoyed spending time on the deck visiting wit the friendly neighbors. The condo itself was spacious and fully equipped with anything we needed. I was especially pleased with how well the kitchen was stocked with utensils and appliances. The most important thing about the property was its cleanliness and Brian's prompt response to any questions we had. He was a great host and we hope to be able to rent from him again in the future.

We stayed here for almost a month. The owner was excellent and very communicative. The property was beautiful and the view was gorgeous. Everything was as listed. The pool was really nice. We would stay here again!!!

What a view!!
We stayed month of January and each day, we saw loads of different birds and dolphins. Across the water is the lights of St Petersburg. We also loved the pickleball courts very close to the condo. The swimming pool is very large and well laid out with lots of seating. Check out The Chattaway Restaurant about 5 mins away, go inside and see the wonderful english tearoom and cafe. The food is great. The condo is larger than what the pictures show. We will definitely book this again if we come back to St Petersburg.

Life on the Water
My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here!!! I cannot say enough good things about this condo and the incredible views. I was able to walk right out the back door and go paddleboarding to a little sand bar in Tampa Bay with many memorable dolphin encounters. We even spotted some dolphins several times while sitting on the balcony. Tennis was literally right across the street. The sunrise and sunset views were breathtaking and frankly never got old. The condo is very clean and comfortable. Just about everything that we needed in terms of linens / cleaning / kitchenware was already provided. Brian was very helpful and easy to communicate with / answer any questions we had. The neighbors are all very friendly, it's a great and welcoming community as a whole! Southside Coffee around the corner is 10/10. The community is safe and has a gate guard 24/7. Highly recommend considering Brian's condo on Coquina Key for your next relaxing water side getaway :)

Great experience!
Very pleased with our accommodations! This was our first time booking a rental on VRBO and no hesitation to do it again. Condo was as pictured, very clean and comfortable and Brian, the owner, had the unit very well stocked for guests. Would love to book again!

Beautiful view, condo and location on Coquina Key
The condo was very modern, clean and in a great location for an extended stay in the St Pete area. The manager was responsive to issues that arose in the condo. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with its wonderful view and would definitely stay there again! Thank you.

Beautiful Location
Excellent communication with property owner. Gated community with guards 24/7. Wonderful amenities that we took advantage of nearly every day. Condo was decorated to maximize space and the view from the porch was outstanding. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area.
