Awesome condo

This condo is beautiful with plenty of room for 8 of us. Easy access to the beach. The owners provide everything including a very nice beach canopy. Towels, toys, chairs, floats, boards. All you need is your bathing suit. Condo was clean, which is very nice. Owners were very fast to respond to my questions and very nice. I would recommend definitely.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was beautiful, as listed, and everything you need for a stay. The only thing that was different was the color of the outside of the building. We loved the fact of having a view of both the ocean and intercoastal waterway. We met so many nice people at the pool including locals, travelers who come every year, and others like us as first timers. Love all the areas around here as everything is dog friendly. We even found a place called Mutts and Martini's in St. Pete. Local dive bar we loved was Saltwater Hippie. Live music, a lot of fun locals, and a great gift store. Best breakfast place was Green Sage, which was recommended by several people. Their food was amazing and definitely recommend, but expect a wait. They also have a great boutique to look around in while you're waiting.Dinner places, definitely recommend Salt Rock Grill, but be sure to make reservations. If you like espresso Martini's, definitely recommend as they have the best I've ever had. Backwaters doesn't have a lot of support, but we got these amazing lobster egg rolls that were delicious and they have excellent shrimp. If you like Mexican VIP is highly recommended and the food was good. John's Pass is a nice place for shopping, a lot of eating places, watching dolphin, and walking the boardwalk.

Spring Break 2024

Spring Break 2024 did not disappoint. We had a wonderful stay in the spacious penthouse condo. The amenities in the condo were great! Plenty of towels and the Kitchen was well stocked. We did end up having a few questions for the owners and they were quick to respond and get us what we needed! The location was great with lots of restaurant options near by and we were walking distance to the Candy Kitchen which was fun for the kids! The pool area was great! The beach was amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

Luxury at the Beach

Just finished a 4th of July stay for a week and this was truly home away from home. All the comforts of home with the luxuries of a hotel. Beautifully appointed condo with space for our group, loaded with everything needed for the kitchen and the beach. Location near tons of restaurants and steps to the beach. Most importantly however was the response from the owners and attention to detail and service. We will absolutely be back!

Great location, wonderful pool and beach!

This 3 bed, 3 bath condo is right on the beach. Has a wonderful pool, that is heated to an enjoyable temp even in March. The beach access was very convenient along with the storage closet full of beach supplies. We only used 2 of the bedrooms, the king and queen beds were very comfortable. The unit is nicely equipment with everything for relaxing and cooking. We usually like to cook a large breakfast, then nibble for lunch, and go out for dinner. We enjoyed the Salt Rock Grill so much went twice during our stay. The CoCo Beach Grill was lovely also. We stayed in this unit in March of 2023, Just beware there is a renovation happening currently. Maybe double check if that will be happening during your stay.

Great two weeks vacation!

Great communication from owners throughout the whole process. The unit is clean, well designed and spacious! Steps from the outdoor pool, jacuzzi and beach. The storage closet for beach needs on the ground floor was perfect for everything we needed (chairs/umbrella). Can’t wait to book again for next year!

Our family enjoyed this property. It was spacious, well appointed and clean. The beach is lovely as is typical for Florida west coast beaches. The entire area both north and south offer many good dining options and we found the people friendly. It’s very likely we will return in the future.

Beautiful condo on the Gulf Coast

Fantastic time renting this property! Spacious for our group of 9. Great location with pool and beach access. The property owner, John, was accessible by phone when needed. Condo is beautiful and more than met our needs. Our fav meal was a short drive to Clearwater at the Salty Crab. Try to crab legs, it’s their specialty! Also loved the coconut platter!

Love the property itself and the location is perfect for enjoying the beach without all the people!

Loved having the outside storage full of anything a person would need for the beach! Great room layout that you can have privacy when needed. Only a few drawbacks was the bunk bed are very uncomfortable and the kitchen needs a few more items if you plan to cook much. It sleeps 4 comfortably and 6 if young and use the bunk bed. Extremely clean and well decorated! Perfect pool, hot tub and beach locations. We was there at the busiest times but didn’t feel like it! Love the quietness and well thought out plan that you can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful ocean view! Highly recommend and one of our best experiences using VRBO or ANB

Family Getaway

We’ve stayed at San Remo many times before. We really enjoy staying here as it is smaller and not as much traffic as a big resort. Our daughter was able to fly in and join us along with my 80 year old dad. This time was not as enjoyable as the other times we’ve stayed. This was our first time staying in this condo. The bedroom with the bunk was where my daughter slept. She had a hard time sleeping in the full size bed. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The other issue we had was the noise. There were a lot of smaller kids this time. The last night we stayed, they were running up and down the hall until after 11pm. Also the pool has been renovated; it seems however, that isn’t cleaned on a daily basis and the pool chairs need cleaning as well. Needless to say we were disappointed this time around.

Perfect Winter Getaway

Our family had a wonderful vacation! The condo was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the gulf from both balconies! We loved the pool as well as the beach! It was also fun to explore all the nearby restaurants! Check in and check out was very easy and well communicated by the owners! Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable vacation.
