Attached is the text message sent to the property manage upon checkout today. I think it says it all. I am still awaiting a response to the message from the property owner but needless to say, was beyond disappointed and with VRBO in not ensuring a better quality experience.
Vince, want to share some feedback with you surrounding our accommodations over the weekend. We checked out this morning and although the location of the beach house was a positive, there were several issues with the facility that required attention. First, linens and supplies were greatly lacking. Per our previous conversation, not enough blankets, sheets, or towels were available the first night, the posting called for capacity of 6 people, and it was clear by the booking that my family had 6 attending. Although supplies were delivered the next day (Sunday), toilet paper and other paper products still weren't enough which required me to go to a local store and purchase more. Cleanliness as we discussed previously was a significant issue. Items in the kitchen weren't properly cleaned and I've attached pictures as examples (unsure if what's in the utensil drawer are droppings, eggs, or something else). There were spots on some of the bedding as well. I simply was expecting more based on a rental of this price for my family's trip. Questions, let me know. Jeremy Anderson
