Literally... On the beach!
A great place to stay to enjoy the famous Clearwater Beach. The beach area just steps from the cottage is lovely and very close to all central amenities. Clean, tidy, well stocked including beach chairs, umbrella, toys for kids etc. host great to deal with and responds promptly. Would love to return after the area recovers from the recent hurricanes, which I'm sure won't be long, to see it in it's true glory again.

Perfect location, no really, PERFECT
I can't emphasize the quality of this property. You can't get a better spot near the beach. It's away from the insanity of the high rises and pier, but within walking distance of shops and restaurants. If you head North on the beach, you'll find endless shells, wildlife and quiet stretches of sand for you. The house was clean, quaint, and comfortable. I'd stay again without hesitation. Thank you!

Perfect Location
We had a great stay! The location was close to beach & within walking distance on the beach to Pier 60 & restaurants/shopping. The house had everything we needed & the front lounge chairs & table was a plus! It was nice having beach chairs & cooler available to take to the beach. Would definite stay at this cottage again!

Great place
It feels like the Landlord treats the property as if it were for his own family. Everything is so well thought-through and arranged for enjoying every minute of being there. All this is supported with a winning location - hardly 300-360 steps from the waves! Due to strict home rules the neighborhood is peaceful and NOT noisy. Coming back for another vacation seems very probable :) .

Clearwater Beach Stay
Wonderful stay at this accommodation. The beach house was as described, clean and stocked with the essentials. Perfect location in north beach with easy access to the beach and a short 10 minute walk to Palm Pavilion and Frenchys. We really enjoyed to the front patio and the overall layout of the house. Would recommend.

Need better communication with property mgmt
The cottage is cute and steps away from the beach. They had everything we needed with exception of property management communication. The refrigerator started making a LOUD noise and Mary (Property Manager) was no where to be found. Voicemail full and no response to SMS text. Got a call from Walt, which was great, but wasn’t able to help with the situation. We had to throw away food because the items went bad. Also, there is a $25 charge for leaving a dirty grill. Well we had to clean it before using. Do we get the credit? Also, no credit for all the food we had to throw away. A bit disappointed with the communication. Aside from this the place was ok.

Walter's beach house was perfect for our 4 nights/5 day stay, it had everything we needed, even had a cooler and nice beach chairs. I will definitely book again. He was super easy to work with, responds back quickly and so did Mary. Staying here, you won't be disappointed.

Long weekend getaway
The property was pretty nice. The location is awesome. Only steps away from the beach. There are tons of amenities nearby. It really is a great area. A few little annoying issues in the house, but the stay overall was great.

Clearwater getaway
We have pleasant stay at Walter’s cottage. It is a perfect hideaway. The cottage perfectly set up and clean. There is complimentary coffee, spices, bath and diswashing soap. It is very close to restaurants and shops. We wouldn’t have it any other way.

Perfect location
Booking and check in was super easy, it was all through email. The location of this property was perfect, it is located about a half of a block from the beach entrance. It is within walking distance to Mandalay Ave which is the where alot of shops and restaurants are. The property itself was very clean and welcoming with beautiful marble floors and big showers. There's also a washer and dryer you can use. This property also has beach chairs, sand castle making kits and boogie boards that can be used. I highly recommend this property!
