70th Birthday week celebration with entire Family
The four rooms were perfect for our whole family of 10. Our 3 grand kids loved the house, pool and all the beach amenities: wagons, umbrellas, toys, beach chairs and mat. Great location so close to beach. We went every day and also to sunsets. Easy to get to all restaurants.

Excellent Location
Perfect location for our family. Walking distance to the beach and some of the restaurants and shops. Far enough away from the heavy tourist traffic. Lovely pool in the backyard for floating around in the afternoon. Best stay I’ve ever had at Clearwater Beach!

Fantastic Vacation Home!
Location is perfect -close to the beach and restaurants but away from the noise and traffic. House was clean, comfortable, and had excellent amenities- everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation. Pool and grounds are gorgeous. Host and property manager were responsive, helpful, and friendly- very dedicated to making sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We would definitely book the property again!

Wonderful Clearwater Beach Location
We really enjoyed our stay in Clearwater. The home was clean and comfortable. Location to the beach couldn’t have been better. Our kids loved playing in the pool, as we stayed during a cooler Florida week. Pool and Beach toys were an added bonus and we enjoyed grilling outside a few times. We will definitely check out this Vrbo for future Clearwater stays.

Perfect location, restaurants, beach & more!!! Our fam felt right at home bc the beds & home were super clean & comfy! We will def be going again to the same home! We fit comfortably with 4 adults & 3 children. I’m allergic to lots of things plus animals & never felt better in someone else’s home! IT WAS PERFECT!!!!!!!

Excellent Home; Close to Downtown
We had a wonderful time. Our host was very responsive. The house was close enough to downtown that you could walk there if you wanted. They had beach gear available if you wanted. They had a high chair and portable crib for our grandson which eliminated the need to bring those items. It was a wonderful time!

Perfect family get away
We had a great vacation! The house was a perfect size for our family of 5 adults and 3 kids (under 5). Having the pool out the back door and the beach a short walk away gave us the best of both experiences. The location of the house, within a short walk to the park for the kids and coffee shops for the adults, was perfect. The trolley to the Clearwater Beach Pier 60 area was an added plus. We had a great time!

Perkins’ 50th Birthday Extravaganza
The owner of this property is amazing. If you are looking for rest and relaxation, this home has the most comfortable beds. If you are looking for fun in the sun, this backyard is your own private paradise - it is beautifully landscaped with a private saltwater pool. If you are looking for something that is close enough so you can walk where you want to go, but still far enough for privacy, this is the perfect place. This property has a little bit of everything to accommodate everyone.

Wonderful stay - even better than advertised!
We could not have been happier with our stay at this property in Clearwater Beach! First off, the location was phenomenal. The beach was SO CLOSE, easy to walk to even with kids, and being so residential, much less crowded than further down the beach. Easy trolley access just a short walk out the door! We visited some great restaurants but also easily found good, close take-out and delivery. The home was incredibly comfortable for our group (4 adults and 2 kids - but could easily fit more!). The pack and play and high chair were such a nice addition! The beds were cozy and kitchen well stocked for us to cook / grill / etc. The pool and outdoor space were AMAZING - even its how inviting they are the pictures truly don't do it justice. We swam multiple times every day and there was great outdoor seating and everything you could need for enjoying time at the pool or beach in the shed. The property manager was helpful, answering all of our questions and handled even the minuscule concern/issue we raised with immediate remedy. Check-in / check-out processes could not have been easier. We will be back - and for a longer stay next time!

Exactly as described
This house and it’s location are perfect. A very short walk to a practically private beach (our 2 year old had no problem). Beach/house is about 1/2 mi from the main shops/restaurants, a super easy and beautiful walk down the beach. The private pool was great for days we didn’t make it to the beach.

Great Clearwater beach accessible stay!
Our family enjoyed our 1 week stay in this great home. The house layout was nice with two bedrooms and bathroom on one side of the house and two bedrooms and bathroom on the other side. Also the kids loved the pool! Great options of pool floaties too! Going to the beach was super easy. They had a nice beach cart and variety of beach chairs, shade coverings and beach toys. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and not crowded either. Just 1-2 min drive to pier 60 and 7 minutes to Publix grocery store. Great stay, Thanks!
