Our stay
The property was fine, but could definitely use some updating. We didn't use many of the amenities as we were in town for a family event and were at others home rentals. The location is great and I like that it was gated. It was also very close to some restaurants and shops. A lot of people out and about running, biking, etc.

We were created with a cute gift and information. This property was in a wonderful location just a short minute walk to the beach. The view from the balcony was wonderful. Overall, we enjoyed the condo but the hallway carpet is really stained. Some of the furniture wasn’t as clean as expected.

Great Location
We are three best friends, who take a yearly trip together, and this was our first time to St. Simons and we absolutely loved everything about it!! The location of this condo was fantastic! It was super clean and close to everything! We will definitely be back!

This condo provided a nice place to stay with a private pool and beach access. We were within walking distance of numerous restaurants and a couple of stores.

Best Family Vacay
The condo itself is somewhat dated a little more so than pictured. However, the condo was kept very clean and was exceptionally comfortable. The location was great, easy to get to the beach/pool and close to town. We hope to be back in the future! My only complaint is there was no broom in the condo other than a small hand broom which makes it hard to combat the sand from the beach!

Gorgeous rental
Gorgeous rental. Very clean and updated. I, boyfriend and my brother’s family stayed here for a weekend wedding. Plenty of room for all of us. Pool area was a very good size along with great beach access. Will stay here again.

Beach front condo in beautiful St Simons
Great condo right on the beach. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Place was clean and spacious for the 5 of us. Walking distance to restaurants and a park. I would come back!

VRBO screw up
This reservation was cancelled, but VRBO's system will simply not recognize that. It was screwed up from the beginning and I had difficulty communicating with the property owner and with VRBO. Property owner refunded my deposit in full as I cancelled before the specified time limit for full refund but VRBO has yet to refund the service fee portion despite three telephone calls, and three different answers from three different "Customer service" representatives. I never had problems with VRBO before but this experience has made me think twice about every using them again.

Wonderful Trip
We loved our stay at the beach club. The unit was clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed and some. I love sitting out on the porch, drinking my coffee overlooking the pool in the beach. We will definitely stay there again.

A quick getaway
This is a wonderful place to stay. We walked down to the restaurants, rode bikes all around the island including the beach, and had fun finding the tree carvings. The condo was perfect for our needs.
