Just as described
Can’t beat the view and location for St Thomas. Having been to St Thomas several times we were prepared for the quirks common to most places there. While two bedrooms, it’s really set up for a couple with two smaller children. It wouldn’t work great for 4 adults or a bigger family. Very Good restaurants on property. You really don’t need to rent a car even though many will suggest it. St Thomas has a very efficient taxi system and there were always taxis at the resort. Only minor issue …. The late check in at 4 pm and early check out at 10 am made it difficult since there is nowhere on property to store luggage. We arrived at 1:30 pm and had time on our hands. Same on departure date, our flight didn’t leave until 6 pm but check out was at 10. I requested later check out knowing the unit was vacant that night. We were able to get an extension to 11 am . I’d advise to plan travel times accordingly. Overall a great time.

Best Vacation Ever
Have you ever wanted to wake up and look at paradise? Well then you need to stay here with Bianca and the sapphire vacations crew. The process was smooth from start to finish. They were on site to assist with any property needs as well as with some helpful tips to enjoy the resort. We went with the whole family ranging from 5-64 years old and every single member of the family had fun. I will be staying here again next time I’m on the island

Spectacular view and location
This condo is at the best beach and location on the island. The view from the condo is spectacular. The condo has a very nice porch to sit and relax or enjoy nice meals. The kitchen has all the amenities to be able to cook and enjoy tropical drinks. The owner is excellent and wants to make sure that everything is as advertised.

Great view, a little worn out
We were a group of 5--2 adults and 3 teens. The view is amazing and the couch on the first level deck is a perfect place to hang out. The view is a little disrupted by the railing when you sit but there is little that can be done to change that. The unit is very clean, the air conditioning works great, there is always hot water, and the kitchen has most of what you'll need to cook. The seating areas are small for the number of people we had--3 people can sit on the couch and that was a little tight. Space, in general, is tight here, we had no place to really put our luggage and there were no hangers or closets for our clothes. The teens left everything in the suitcases and closed them daily so we had space to move around. Bianca was attentive when we needed her which is good and bad. It's good that she's available but bad that we needed to contact her at all. The guest room and pull-out beds had only sheets on them upon arrival, which was a bummer as we were trying to go to bed but needed to wait up for blankets. Then we noticed the curtains and blinds didn't close all the way and some were inoperable. Again, not the biggest deal but the windows face east so we were woken up by the sunrise. This did not change the beauty around us or make the trip bad, but we were disappointed in the general disrepair of the unit. When I talked to Bianca about some issues, she was happy to have someone come to fix things, but that meant I'd need to be around and I don't feel like that's a good way to spend a vacation. I was frustrated with issues as they arose and really feel that as doors, toilet paper holders, curtains, showerheads, etc start to fail they need to be addressed prior to new guests coming in. So, is this a great place to stay? For the view and cleanliness YES, but with an asterisk that you'll need to be ok with the disrepair when you read that everything is BRAND NEW.

Gorgeous Spot!
Just got home from a great couple days spent at Bianca's properties. The first two nights was 2 of us; the unit was as-described, check-in was easy, and the communication with Bianca made everything go smoothly. The views from both balconies are breathtaking, and worth the trip alone. Having a full kitchen and two bathrooms was also a plus. Everything we needed was already supplied, and Bianca even had the housekeeper go out of her way to accommodate welcome drinks & snorkeling gear that potentially were not included. For the next two nights, it was 4 of us in the unit right next door to the first unit, so the move from one to the other was fairly smooth. A bit of overlap with the cleaning people, but they were very friendly & understanding of the situation. The first unit had a very cool palm-activated lock, whereas our second unit only had a set of keys (palm access would have been preferable with more people, but they keys were fine). The location is great because the beach you overlook is beautiful and crystal clear (albeit very rocky due to the reef), and the beach to the left is the swimming & snorkeling beach, about 250 feet from the building, and located right near the beach bar, pizza place, and coffee/breakfast shop. Loved the coffee at the shop, however know that they stop making breakfast at 12p, even though they're open until 2p. Frozen drinks are delish at the beach bar, and pizza is good too. Not many other places to eat within walking distance, but all cabs to downtown Red Hook were about $10-$15. I cannot stress enough how beautiful these accommodations were. The beds were comfortable, the views beyond imagination, and accessibility to everything was second to none. Would absolutely stay here again for a return trip to St. Thomas, and would definitely work with Bianca again. She made everything easy!

Perfect Location
This unit was in an excellent location. Right on the beach, near the pool, beside the marina and close to the taxi stand to make getting around the island easy. Condo was bright and sunny, the porches were spacious and comfortable which was great, since that’s where we wanted to spend all our time. Bianca was quick to respond to any and all questions we had, definitely a great hostess.

Beautiful location. The condo met expectations. The power went out twice due to the tropical storm, but that’s to be expected on an island. Bianca was amazing, and gave the best referrals for food and fun. I’ll definitely be booking this location again.

Overall the family had a great time. I would not recommend the condo rental for anymore then 4. The pull out couch in a no go super uncomfortable and actually slept on it since I thought the kids 11 and 13 were being dramatic to see myself probably slept three hours. Lol The bar and beach area by building A ( Sapphire Beach ) was nice and the coffee shop makes amazing breakfast. The pool area by building D needs some love especially the old bar/grill that’s no longer in service. We went to St John Trunk Beach which was beautiful, Coral world and Coki Beach both places were great for snorkeling. We did a Katamaran tour on the Cat ( Captain and crew were super ) and we even saw a few turtles and sting rays snorkeling that day. I would recommend a rental car for any families visiting taxi fares add up. Overall family had a great time we always adapt improvise and overcome.

Sapphire beach is beautiful. Bianca was extremely helpful & very accommodating - even let us store our luggage and shower in her private unit. Unit was clean and as described. Limited amenities on property due to COVID restrictions. Beach & restaurant closes at 4p on sat & sun. Coffee shop on site with delicious breakfast sandwiches. Marina right on site to enjoy charter to St. John and rent waverunners. Snorkeling right from beach was easy and able to see variety of fish. Definitely stop on way to properly and load up on groceries, adult beverages and ice! Perfect size for 4 people.

we stayed in building E on May 25th. - 31st. 2019, four adults and my husband and I used the small bedroom put the twin together it wasn't a big deal to me and my husband our complain was the vertical blinds were broken and missing, there's huge air return on the ceiling directly above our bed and every time the air condition come on the air return is so loud it felt like we are in the furnace room so to watch TV before bed is not a good idea and our biggest problem was the down stair bathroom the sliding door is one inches smaller in both side so total 2" smaller so if my groups sitting in the living room they can see directly through the shower and if I close the door to block that view then the other gap people walking through the hallway can see me too, otherwise the Condo is newly remodel and nice.

Perfect!! Beautiful vacation spot!
We have just returned from a wonderful vacation on St Thomas. Bianca was wonderful to deal with - very responsive and easy to reach. The resort was great and this unit was perfect. It has everything you need for a beach vacation. We would definitely come back. The unit is located in the building closest to the marina. Great views and very quiet which was nice. Having two floors was plenty of space for our whole family. Easy to get to red hook and beyond. We visited Coral World which was a lot of fun for the kids. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Communication was top notch. Check in and check out was a snap. Tastefully decorated and well maintained were both the unit and overall property. Quiet and relaxing property. We liked to sleep with the sliding doors open to hear the waves right outside. This rental is as advertised. We give a thumbs up.

Nice Find!
This was a very nice apartment right on the beach. There is a large master bedroom with a balcony overlooking the ocean and a smaller 2nd bedroom in the rear. There are two full bathrooms, which is really nice after a day at the beach with the whole family. The apartment was clean on arrival, and the complimentary rum and coke was a nice touch. The apartment has an excellent location, easy to find, and just a couple minutes from Red Hook with two good-sized grocery stores. The hosts were extremely attentive, checking in by text message on arrival to make sure everything was okay. At one point our son locked everyone out of the bedroom with the privacy lock, and Bianca responded quickly to let us know the trick to unlocking the door. Note that the second bedroom has a ventilation fan that automatically cycles on and off, even when the AC is not in use, and it is a little noisy. There were a few small maintenence items that need attention, such as a balcony screen door that didn't work vey well, and a sliding bathroom door downstairs that affords little privacy. But these relatively minor detials didn't take away from our stay.

The View!!
Condo’s location was comfy for a family of three plus a mother-in-law. Fell asleep and woke up to sounds of the ocean, enjoyed beautiful sun rises and snorkel trips just steps outside the door. Turtles, fish, and manta rays were plentiful on Sapphire beach, and restaurant had live music, good food and yummy drinks.

Modest and Beautiful
Our stay at Bianca and Paul's place could not have been any better. From the momemnt that we walked into E306, we were taken by the sheer beauty of the sea and because this unit is so close to the waters edge, it felt as if we were literally on top of the waves. We slept beautifully every night, which is saying something for such light sleepers. This experience is not a posh one, it is simple, well appointed, and very, very functional. We left the property each day to run, and then each night for dinner, but we could not allow ourselves to leave the property by day as the beach and the setting here are second to none. We will return as soon as we can to be sure. Thank you Bianca and Paul. Job well done, and well presented!

A spectacular view to wake up to!
We loved the unit. It was clean and modernized. The views are incredible and as true as the pictures. If you are an early riser, the sunrises are off the charts. The beach at the complex is beautiful with fun snorkeling. We loved the location on the east side of the Island. Proximity to Red Hook makes this a great location for dining and grocery shopping. Also very easy to get to Secret Harbor and Coki beaches from here. The unit is in a building around the corner from the main beach at the complex and the bar making this location quieter which we enjoyed. Sapphire Beach added a coffee and frozen yogurt shop which made morning coffee runs very easy. There is also a great little coffee shop in Red Hook. The bathroom door on the first floor was broken but the owner addressed it very quickly (as quick as one can on 'Island Time'). Otherwise, our stay was without incident.
