I recently had the pleasure of staying at St. Thomas Home, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. The water was a mesmerizing shade of blue that seemed to stretch on forever, and the vibrant rainbows that graced the sky added an enchanting touch to the scenery. Joel was readily available for any need. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service we received from the time Curlson picked us up at the airport. He was extraordinarily helpful, always available to answer questions or provide recommendations. Nice safe neighborhood, clean, and beautiful. Automatic generator for power outages. Coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, blankets and the view is majestic. Family members talking about returning.

Ocean Oasis
This Seascape Villa was the perfect oasis for our family vacation to St Thomas. It was the most stunning property and views we’ve ever stayed in and we can’t wait to come back in the future. We had our 4 and 1 year olds with us, as well as in-laws and there was ample space for everyone. For other parents looking to book, there was a pack and play with sheets, a kids foldable stool, and a kids slide-on high chair that fit onto the kitchen island and the outdoor table where we ate most meals. And 2 sets of washer and dryers. There were 6 beach chairs, beach towels and some assorted beach buckets to use, and some pool noodles. There were also multiple coolers. The only thing I’d be aware of is the real possibility of losing power while you’re there. We lost power probably about 10-12 times in our 8 day stay, but there is a generator that should switch on automatically that powers almost everything (including the individual room AC). But sometimes it doesn’t go on automatically so you have to go outside to trip it, and for us it was always in the middle of the night. The grid maintenance was having some planned outages between 12-2am for the first 4 days we were there which was tricky because the Wi-Fi didn’t always work on the generator so our baby monitors. Nothing anyone could have done about it and didn’t affect how much we loved our stay, but good to know. Overall we couldn’t believe how beautiful the location, views and the house itself were fantastic!!

Best Vacation Ever
The property was exactly as advertised. The views were the best on the Island. Took a private catamaran tour with Seas the Day that was also the best, we saw everything from a baby shark, barracuda, turtles and many colorful fish. We highly recommend this property. Thank you Joel

Week in paradisee
This house is amazing - even more beautiful in person than it looks on-line. My family spent a week together and everyone had their privacy in the luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms while also finding innumerable opportunities to connect in the gorgeous pool and balconies. We feel so fortunate to have spent time in Joel's extraordinary home. Can't recommend this rental highly enough. It is fantastic!

Family Trip to USVI

Beautiful view, pool & outdoor area is outstanding. House is comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Good location, has a generator which was needed since power was out on island for 2 days. 1bedroom had twin beds, not king and twin beds as listed on VRBO. 4 couples did enjoy our stay and had plenty of room. TV was a little confusing as to how to turn on. Beds were very comfortable except 1 couple had twin beds.

Best rental ever !
We were so impressed with the rental….this is the best appointed rental I have ever encountered. We do travel frequently and have experience with rentals and never before has there been literally anything we might need provided! Immaculate, two washers and dryers, 4 master suites with ensuites, can’t express how impressive the planning is for “thinking of everything “ in this home ! And the view is incredible ! The home is gorgeous and has an amazing view of the aqua blue colored ocean. The home has all the amenities listed and lots of condiments are provided. You won’t beat the quality construction or the cleanliness of the property. I highly recommend this property for a stress free vacation.

Great Stay
This property is amazing and Joel is a great host. Our group had a a wonderful time and often commented how perfect the house was. The location was private yet easy access to beaches, Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook and the views are spectacular. It was 15 minutes or less everywhere we wanted to go. The night we decided to stay closer to the house we dined at The Old Stone Farm House which was fabulous. I highly recommend this property.

40th Birthday in Paradise!
Rolled this dice on booking this long before there were so many 5 star reviews and man this place did not disappoint! Between the spacious rooms, a fully stocked kitchen and breathtaking views from the back porch we could easily have stayed here for another 2 weeks. Not sure when we will be back but this place is at the top of the list for a return visit!
