Amazing Tropical Heaven
We recently stayed at Kathie's condo in St. Thomas, and it was everything we hoped for and more! The space was incredibly well-appointed, with every detail thoughtfully considered. From a fully stocked kitchen to cozy furnishings, it truly felt like a home away from home. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring we woke up refreshed and ready for our island adventures. One of the highlights was the breathtaking ocean view from the condo – a perfect way to start and end each day. The location was also ideal, being close to Red Hook where you’ll find great stores, restaurants, and the ferry terminal for day trips to St. John. Kathie was an exceptional host, maintaining excellent communication throughout our stay. She checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly and made us feel genuinely cared for. We couldn’t recommend this condo more and look forward to returning on our next visit to St. Thomas! 🌴✨

Great getaway
This condo is located on beautiful beach. Beach bar restaurant and a breakfast place are a few steps away from the condo. Condo was equipped with everything that you need to enjoy your stay. Very clean. Five minute car ride to Redhook where are you can enjoy more restaurants and catch a fairy to St. John. Car rental on premises, as well as a taxi stand

Great location, clean place
Great place to stay for part of our honeymoon. Step right out to the beach and the beach bar is right next door. Very close to red hook (minutes) and everything the town has to offer. Condo was very clean and well appointed. Would recommend for a stay on Saint Thomas

Very happy with our stay!
We visited to celebrate our anniversary. Kathie was the best host we have had at an Airbb. She was quick to respond to our questions and provided great information and suggestions! There were so many nice touches that showed she cares about her guests stay. We toured St Thomas and St Johns and would absolutely recommend this location! There was snorkeling gear provided and we were able to see quite a bit in the area right outside the condo. We also enjoyed being close to several places to eat. Beach Buzz and Sea Salt were a few steps away and Sudi’s was super close. Thanks forvtge great stay!

PERFECT Location!
The first thing my husband and I noticed was the location! Beautiful beach access with plenty of shade. The condo was the cleanest we have ever stayed at and was clearly well taken care of. Though we did not spend much time in the condo rather than to sleep, it was nice to have such a cozy and peaceful place to rest. Excellent location, though there is no safe way to walk to Red Hook, taxis are always sitting right beside the condo waiting if you do not get a rental. The fish tacos at Beach Bar were amazing my husband and I ate them every night we stayed! We felt safe here, all the condo staff are very friendly and kind. Communication with Kathie (host) was easy and pleasant. My husband and I agreed to come back here every year. I just can’t say enough about this beautiful place.

Everything about our stay went perfect. It was very clean and nice. The host communicated with us very well about potential issues and just general information that we needed to be aware of. The location was perfect, a few steps from the beach, and a few steps from multiple places to get food/drinks. I would highly recommend this stay for anyone.

Best Vacation Ever
First off Kathie was great to deal with easy check in we were delayed 2 days because of flights she totally understood and even let us stay an extra night. Condo was beautiful, clean had all the amenities you need AC worked great shower was nice and hot bed was very comfortable close to stores and town.The beach right out your door is amazing. Also beach bar 50 yards away coffee shop had the best breakfast sandwiches. great stay will be staying again highly recommed for a lovely stay Thanks Kathie

Great time
We were there during a tropical storm that turned into a hurricane as it passed over us. Was a wild ride but was an adventure! Kathy was great about keeping us in the loop with weather and property updates the whole time. Our time there was as good as it could be considering weather. The bar area and 2 small food places at sapphire had a generator so we had provisions. The island has issues with power so you may have a few hours here or there with no power because it’s on in cycles but wasn’t terrible cause hopefully you are floating in the pristine water!! Will be back.

Beautiful Oasis
Perfect beachfront location! Walk-out patio only steps from a pristine beach. We appreciated the attention excellent communication from this property owner, attention to detail and extra touches provided to enjoy our stay such as ice, extra sunscreen, snorkel equipment. Perfectly clean and comfortable with nice bed linens and tasteful decor. If you are looking for a great value on St. Thomas with easy beach access and a bar and restaurant on property, this is for you.

Amazing experience in the USVI made better by a great host and condo
My partner and I had the best experience we could've asked for. The condo was immaculate and very well-maintained and you couldn't ask for a better location. Wake up in the morning and brew a pot of coffee then step just right outside and you're right on the beach. We appreciated the binder that was provided with a lot of information about the property and the islands. Kathie was a great host and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Our area of the island lost power a few times during our stay, not due to storms, but the power grid and each time Kathie went out of her way to text me about the status of the power and to make sure we were all good. I greatly appreciated her doing that. Everyone in the resort area was very friendly and helpful. If you wanted a beach chair, you just ask one of the workers outside and they will bring however many chairs to the location you would like on the beach. The proximity to to Red Hook and the ferry to st John's was really nice. Also just a few steps from the condo is a beach bar and a great restaurant, Sea Salt, that has great food. Sapphire beach was incredible with calm seas and clear water that made snorkeling fun and easy especially for the two of us that have never snorkled before. I wish I could say more but running out of space. Thank you Kathie! We hope to stay again one day soon!

This was an amazing condo just steps from the beach and within “stumbling” distance from the famed beach bar! Location location location! We were pleasantly surprised with how stocked it was! Snorkels, sunscreen, bug spray, etc. We would highly recommend this unit to any couple looking for a comfortable and beautiful stay in paradise! 5 stars across the board!

DREAM DESTINATION!
Kathie was an amazing host! We arrived to see fresh flowers on the table and a bottle of wine in the fridge!! Her condo is superb!! She was very responsive and so kind! Location, location, location!! We were there for my daughter's wedding and everything was just amazing! I highly recommend this unit for anyone who wants to be steps from the best spot on the beach!!

It was a great stay, but there were weddings and they closed up bar and restaurant so we were unable to use the facility, people getting sick drunk throwing up out on the beach, loud peeing out on the beach is what we saw sitting out on the deck . things we saw that was kind of disturbing understand some people dont care, its a beautiful place to be doesnt need to get destroyed. just for your info, thank you had a great time beautiful

Organized chaos
We enjoyed this place and its location. We came for our 25th Anniversary and found flowers ,wine and glasses upon our arrival. It was fun watching others (from cruise ships) come to the beach and the chaos that followed, then seeing them get to relax. It was great to have the beach right out the door. Food and beverages on hand from local grocery store and yet a bar next door. The drinks a little $$ but have a kick so don't need much. We thought the bar noise would be an issue but it really was not at all. We were able to get supplied chairs set up in a great place on the beach and enjoy the mornings then spend the rest of the day people watching or snorkeling. Thanks and see you next time.
