Christmas vacation
We were very pleased when we arrived at the entrance and opened the door to an amazing view. The house is very well kept, clean and comfortable beds. Sitting outside at night watching the stars was very relaxing. Cooking at the house was great with a clean Bbq grill, oven and all cookware. To our surprise, there is a new AC unit installed in the downstairs of the house now and there are a couple windows that open upstairs, as well as a very well functioning AC unit. For the most part, we had the AC off and enjoyed the fragrant breezes coming in off the ocean. Ive stayed at many Caribbean homes, this was definitely in my top 3. We had an issue with the water heater in the main house and William came to fix the problem within an hour. Other than that, there were no other problems. The pool was too cold for us, but we did enjoy the hot tub several nights. Very safe community. We look forward to staying in the future.

Four Nights in Paradise
This place in this place! I don’t know what I liked more, the house itself, which is so charming and conveniently stocked with anything you might need on your trip to St. Thomas. Or the view from the place, which seems to change throughout the day, revealing a new islands we hadn’t seen before. It’s dream-inducing. Or is it St. Thomas? I feel in love with that island and its people. Honestly I would stay anywhere and love the island but if you want to do it nice, you won’t regret booking this place. It’s not only beautiful and safe but it comes with a really cool host who is extremely responsive and very St, Thomas, meaning “very nice.” Hope to go back one day!

Family vacation
The property is older with beautiful views. There are a lot of stairs to get from the street down to the house if you have trouble with stairs. We really weren’t at the house much but the house has just about anything you would need. The hot tub was a great addition to have.

Beautiful views
House was about 20 minutes from shops restaurants and many beaches. Magens bay is close. Kitchen well appointed, plenty of utensils. Living room gets warm if breeze slows. Rather hot in the summer, bedrooms all had AC and it worked well. House is a little worn, not fancy. Upstairs bathroom door needs repairs. And hall closet. Don’t forget the bug spray, really bad if the wind dies down. Pool was clean and cool but felt good in the heat. Hot tub cover was broke, only used once. If planning to explore the island may want somewhere else, lots of driving involved when staying here. If you plan to stay in the house is ideal

Family vacation & celebrations
Husband turned 50, daughter turned 2- and son just graduated high school. This beautiful house worked very well as everyone had their own space as well as plenty of room for being together. Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful view and location to all the great bays/beaches. Go to Northern Grind for coffee and sandwiches. They were awesome. Communication with William and Tony was easy. Tony met us there and showed us the property. It was night and dark. Tony and his wife had us follow them and showed us the way to the grocery store. Just awesome all the way around! Thank you!

Carribean Rustic Villa With a View!
Upon our arrival, a rainbow was waiting for us straight out from the villa! The home really did have everything we needed, including nice beach chairs, plenty of beach towels and snorkle equipment. William made sure there was a full propane tank for the grill. The house was clean, which is important to me. If you are looking for posh; this is not your place. It could use some updating, new paint and updated fixtures, but this is what made it feel rustic for us! This home was clean and comfortable. The outside was simply perfect, and where we spent most of our time when we weren't at a beach. Yes the pool was cold, so I only dipped in it twice, but the hot tub was perfect and very private. There was only 2 of us, so we never used the extra bedrooms, but did check them out, they were clean, small bathrooms, but would have been fine for guests. The upstairs main bedroom was perfectly fine. Others have complained about the air conditioner and windows. No, the windows don't open, but the air conditioner kept the room very comfortable (if you keep the door closed). There were plenty of linens and the bed was comfortable. Downstairs there is no air conditioning, but the breeze took care of that. The kitchen had everything we needed as we enjoyed most of our meals at the villa. Only 2 burners on the stove worked, but that was all we needed. Our favorite beach was Hull Bay! It was close, lots of free parking and had a great bar and food truck! We rented a stand-up paddle board for the week at Island Life Water Sports, and it worked out great. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Views were the best part
If it wasn’t for the view and being secluded it would have sucked. The pool was cold, the oven didn’t work, the main bedroom air conditioner leaked and all the lighting was sketchy. Communication was aweful with no acknowledgement or response from William. No beach chairs and the coolers handle did not work, little things could improve this place for sure. Would not stay here again.

Beautiful Views and Accommodations
We had everything we needed, prompt attention from the property manager, grill on-site, hot tub was lovely, beautiful sunrises, close to Megan's Bay Beach. Just make sure to rent a vehicle or plan on paying steep Taxi rates b/c you can't walk anywhere from this property. Great stay all-around.

Best week ever...
This was trip fro a few friends and myself for my 50th birthday. We could NOT have asked for better. This place was AMAZING in all respects and I will recommend it to ANYONE who is looking for an ASTOUNDING view, and great access to beaches and some of the best food on the entire island. You are staying luxury here. We loved it!

Perfect stay for a perfect event
My family and i came back to the island for my daughter's wedding. Having lived on the East End for many years it was a treat to stay on the Northside. This is the best view on the island! The layout and accommodations were perfect for my family. Our host was very nice and there if we needed him which we really didn't but he was there if we needed him! I only wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you!!!!!

Picture perfect home away from home
The place was absolutely amazing. Everything you need from towels to sunscreen to a stocked kitchen. It was clean and comfortable with a/c in the bedroom. The only bad thing was the neighbors up all night and laying in bed it sounded like they were talking in your ear. Could hear every bit of the conversations at 1am. But even with that 4.5 out of 5.

Family Trip/Birthday Celebration
We had a great time. Home had everything we needed. View was spectacular. Wish we would’ve discovered the binoculars before our last morning. Ha! My only thought is the main houses bedroom windows need some repair/attention. Most do not open and the breeze is so great there. Would return to this property in the future.

Miramar Getaway
Our stay was for a week and we had a great time. The rental was very nice,as listed. Kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of towels -for bath and beach. Everything was very clean and there was a beautiful breeze every day. The pool was a little cold but still nice to sit by. There are 2 beach chairs available and snorkels and masks too. Thank you William for hosting!

Relaxing!
We had a great stay at Miramar! Pros: awesome location, well equipped kitchen, plenty of room to spread out, tons of snorkel gear. Cons: windows are broken so can’t open so must use bedroom ac, hot tub broken so doesn’t get hot, 42 steps to get to property (no big deal for us just fyi), only 2 beach chairs, very windy by pool.. chairs would blow into pool so we didn’t use the pool at all.. did the beach instead. All in all, great location but needs some TLC

We loved our stay at Miramar! View was breathtaking and the home had everything we needed as a family of 4 adults. Our college age kids had their own private detached suites and we enjoyed the upstairs master bedroom. The main living area was spacious as well. Perfect!

Was our own little resort!!
Our stay on this property could not have been any better. The house was beyond spacious for 6 adults, the kitchen was well stocked with every appliance/gadget we needed, the outdoor space was unbeatable with the amazing patio/ pool area + hot tub, and the views were just incredible. We enjoyed taking our time in the mornings at the house and felt like this property had everything we could have wanted. Just as a note, the sun rises on our side of island and sets on the opposite side, so no direct sunset views but beautiful sunrise . Most stores were about 15 mins away, but all things considering, truly not bad. Would stay again!

Best view on the Island!
This place was a total win, all the way around. Stunning views, always a nice breeze, an awesome gathering space for breakfast (coffee on the patio of course) and after dinner games with the fam . We grilled on the patio one night, cooked pizzas another and went out the rest. The neighborhood was great. Everything was clean, towels available, beds comfy. We can’t say enough good things about this place. William was available to answer questions. One thing I would suggest is bring extra OFF spray, the mosquitos are intense up there because of all the vegetation, but that can’t be helped. Our family loves this place.

Unbeatable View
This villa exceeded our expectations, which were high to begin with! The view is absolutely breathtaking. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, we were in constant awe of the pristine beauty of ocean and neighboring islands from the expansive balcony. The villa itself was clean, well-maintained and spacious enough for our party of 5. We loved using the kitchen and all of its amenities to cook our meals, which we enjoyed in the dining area and on the balcony. I should also mention that the villa is located in a gated community with keycode access only, which felt safe and secure. The bedrooms had AC units and felt cool and comfortable for the duration of our stay. William was a great host and made the check in and check out process easy. He was available when we called, and even personally set up a ride for us to the ferry terminal in a pinch. Magens Bay is a short drive down the road and a must visit on St. Thomas. We visited a few times during our stay, and even saw baby black tip sharks swimming in the shallow water on the left-most side of the beach. We found this side to be less populated as it is further away from the beach amenities. Note that there is an entrance fee of $5/person (non residents) to enter. The fee is lifted after 5pm or so, which is a perfect time to head down for a walk along the shoreline and to watch the sunset. I would not recommend walking to Magens Bay as it's probably a 25 minute walk down (and then back up) a steep road. A rental car is key on the islands. During our stay, we also took day trips to Water Island and St. John - highly recommend checking out both! The snorkeling on Trunk Bay in St. John was amazing especially off the right side. Overall, we had an excellent time staying at the villa and are already looking forward to coming back next year!
