"Great location and great place to get together with family for a home game! Three private bedrooms and a basement with lots of room for people to sleep. Bathroom space is somewhat limited for a large group but overall a very clean, nice place to stay. Would stay again for sure :)"

"From communicating about the property and our access of it, Zack made it easy for us to settle into the family weekend together. Clean, comfortable and enough space for our party of 14 to play well and sleep well. Love the heated pool...everything in the kitchen we needed for cooking breakfast. "CY’s Landing was the perfect getaway for a weekend in Ames. House was very clean and included so many things to hep make our stay enjoyable. We especially loved the backyard deck, gas grill and fire pit. Would definitely recommend it to others. "

"We flew in for a wedding in Boone and this place was a great place for the 12 of us. Four beds plus 3 air mattresses gave us all a comfy place to sleep. We had friends and more family over for dinner one night and were able to seat 16 at the 2 tables and kitchen bar top. All of us enjoyed amazing sunsets sitting on the couch around the fire pit on the back patio. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area! "

"My daughter is a freshman at ISU and my mother is partially disabled. We wanted to visit her but have challenges finding places that are comfortable for everyone. Gina was great answering questions about the property and keeping in touch throughout our stay to ensure everything was as expected. My mother has a lot of challenges but was very comfortable and enjoyed her time. My kids never left the basement playing games all weekend long. And this 80s baby never left the arcade table playing...
